Dr Manko is thorough and always takes the time I need to fully understand my health issues and test results. He greets me with a warm smile and is on top of changes in my chart and preventative procedures I need to schedule. I never feel like he rushes me through our visit. He makes me feel safe in his care and that is important to me. The specialist that he has referred me to in the past have all been equally as competent. He is my internist for life. I trust him.

He used to be a very concerned doctor. Lately, I felt like I was just a number. Get the patient in and out ASAP. The last time I was there for a physical, about all that he touched was his laptop. He recommended a surgeon for a rotator cuff repair. He never ask how it went , unless he contacted the surgeon. The surgery was a bust, Now I'm in more pain than before the surgery, so I visited another surgeon. It looks like I'm in for a shoulder replacement. I already lost half a year with the surgery and PT to no avail. My time is too valuable to be wasted by ineptness. Speaking of time, I've been trying to have my medical records sent to my new doctor for two years. No luck there either!
