List of Jonathan Kushner's Reviews
Dr. Kushner is the best primary care Doc I've ever had. I'm 74 y.o. and have had multiple cardiac issues since my 20's. He stays on top of my medications and is in regular contact with my cardiologist. Over the years, he has also referred me to a top gastroenterologist, pulmonologist and podiatrist.
He is absolutely the worst Doctor I have ever gone to. I went to him for 10-12 years, never really cared for him, but once a year I put up with him to get my yearly physical and my medicines refilled. Never have I ever called and bothered him from year to year. When I do get sick I got to Urgent Care. I am not a doctor person. But the last three years he won't give me my refills that keep me on my feet. Today he takes all of my medicine away from me and tells me to go to 4 different specialist. I DO NOT abuse my insurance like that. And I have never called and requested more medicine between my yearly visit. I do not abuse my medicine either. He took an oath to care for people when they are sick and need help them. I would never recommend him to anyone, he is all about money, doesn't care about you. Puts lies in your records, etc. He wants you to have every test done possible (must get a kick back on them) but won't refill your medicine to keep you going. I wouldn't take an animal to him, he is self absorbed and thinks he is God, all I can say is KARMA is a b*tch. You can't teach people the way he has treated me and I am sure I am not the only one.
Had an appt and had change of insurance since last annual visit. I was denied my visit today because I did not have my new insurance information readily available despite my assurance I would call in with the info when I returned home. I was informed to be seen I needed to private pay and then request reimbursement from the insurance company. I am a health care provider myself and am well aware of what good customer service should be. The office staff were absurd and passive aggressive. Dr. Kushner is a good primary physician but navigating through the front office personnel isn't worth it. I will be finding a new provider.
Excellent doc. Listens. Gives good advice. He is thorough. I'm very happy with him.

Dr Kushner is the best of the best, I am so lucky to have him as my Doctor. He is professional, caring, thorough, and he listens, and explains everything. He is everything you want to find in a Doctor.
Dr. Kushner is the kindest, most caring Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He never rushes me out the door- instead, he spends ample time with me to answer questions and discuss my health. Additionally, he is always responsive to my inquiries and will even call me proactively to check on me. He is the best primary care physician ever!
Very patient and caring. Really the most approachable doctor we've had. Not crazy about his nurse though ...
Dr. Kushner never returns phone calls from concerned son about parents. Elderly parents are having health problems that are not being addressed, so I have left numerous messages with office staff for Dr. Kushner to call back to discuss. Still no call back. Very frustrating after calling 5 times.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
