Was a wonderful doctor in his day. Needs to retire and give the throne to someone else. Was not happy with my last visit with him. He order test for me that made no sense for what I was even there being seen for. Won’t go back! He should see a doctor, may dementia.

I've been a patient of Dr.Moss since 1988, with my first visit being 18 and arriving at his practice in the victorian house located on Main Street of Reisterstown Road. I had chosen Dr.Moss from a list of primary internal medicine doctors listed by my healthcare insurance provided, and thought he's close to home so I met with him, his office assistant Beverly was just as welcoming and helpful and both seemed to genuinally care bout me. Continuing through the years and with his move just down the street, even with his growth and joining the Mercy Personal Physicians group Dr.Moss still treats me as if I was a brand new patient and is concerned about my needs. He has helped me through a lot over the years and to this day I still look forward to my visits with Dr.Moss. Best Doctor I have ever known.

Dr. Moss has been my wife's and my Primary Care physician for 13 years. He was first highly recommended by my cardiologist. He has closely monitored the details of our health and medications on a regular basis, with periodic blood tests and physical exams. He has always been very responsive to all of our health needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moss for over twenty five years. He has halped me through some pretty tough illnesses and has always been there for me. Even thiugh I have moved to Pennsylvania, I still return to Reisterstown to see Dr, Moss.

Practice has changed in last few years. No longer about the patient, now it's about haw many times they can get you to revisit for office charges. Time with patient is about 5 minutes, wait time usually around 45 minutes

Been pcp for 20 years, quality has gone down in last few years. Become more of a jiffy lube style office. Average time with doctors is 5 minutes and wait time around 45 minutes. To get any results from test, need to make follow up appointments to bill you again. Will not return calls for results on test or care.
