POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was interested in new frames, but was told that I could not come inside without an appointment. So, I called and left a message 6 times and was never called back. I finally gave back and it’s just as well because I found great frames and lenses elsewhere.

I had a horrible experience. I work in Silver Spring and had booked a first appointment for my eye exam based on the good reviews. As I'm driving over I am learning how horrible the traffic is between Silver Spring and Rockville - I had looked up the drive on Google map on a Sunday. So I arrive late, very worried about having time to do the eye exam and pick up my son from school in time. I'm also realizing, that the traffic situation makes this location impossible for me in the long term as well. After explaining this, Dr. Yecheskel tells me that they will charge my one annual eye exam to my insurance whether I do it or not and essentially gave me no choice but to do a very rushed eye exam but paying full price. This made me very uncomfortable and visibly upset as I at that point lost all interest in being a customer. She clearly did not care and I left extremely upset. I would never ever treat my own clients like this. Penny wise..

Our whole family goes here, and we absolutely love the care from Dr. Yecheskel and the incredible service from the optical staff. I've been wearing glasses since the age of 6 and have never experienced eye care like this. Dr. Yecheskel is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes time to ask and answer questions. She's warm and approachable, which has been especially great for our kid. The optical selection is outstanding, both for adults and children, and the team has gone above and beyond with us several times when we've had special requests or unusual needs regarding our glasses. We will be loyal patients and customers for many years to come.

Their actitud is the worse. For them costumer service is not important. Avoid this place

Doctor seemed to be annoyed with me after i expressed interest in using my prescription to buy eyewear elsewhere, made for an unpleasant experience.

Because of a recommendation from a coworker, I called All Eyes on Rockville multiple times (1/2 at 10:44 AM, 10:46 AM, and 1:01 PM, 1/3 at 2:17 PM, 1/4 at 3:33 PM, left two voicemail messages, and emailed them once through their web portal) to get an appointment. No response from them, unfortunately. It shouldn't be this hard to get an eye doctor's appointment. I called another place, the phone was picked up within one ring, and an appointment scheduled in a 2-minute phone call.

Excellent place for kids checkup! Very impressed with all of the staff they were superb!! Took three young kids (6,2,newborn) with me to the appointment and the whole appointment went wonderfully. Will definitely be back! One of the best doctor’s appointments I’ve had.

I can't speak highly enough. We were still all living under strict COVID restrictions. I was glad to see that All Eyes more than complied. I had to make an appointment to enter. I suspect that's no longer the case because the county has relaxed and no longer requires masks. I didn't need an eye exam so I didn't meet Dr. Yechsekel. The salesperson with whom I worked was delightful. I've never met a more helpful salesperson. She was flexible too. For years, I've gone to a major chain and whenever I asked whether I could put new lenses on my almost new frames, the answer was a firm no. The All Eyes salesperson said, "I can't see any reason why not." She picked the two best out of the old frames I brought and used those for progressives and for reading glasses. I will go back in a heartbeat.
