Couldn’t understand the employee who explained the procedure. He had a thick heavy Russian accent. The bedrooms were hot temperature wise. I was sweating. I asked about the A/c and was told the building controls the temperature. Why weren’t there fans in the room? The techie had no personality and was unfriendly.

Unfortunately, customer service isn’t something that this provider understands.I called to check on my results after not receiving them, and I was told to call back at another time - no explanation or apology, just told to call back.I asked to speak to someone higher in the organization and was told someone would call me.The Clinical Coordinator called me on her lunch break, and made sure to repeat several times that she was calling on her lunch break, and proceeded to talk over me whilst attempting to give me my results. There was no mention of an MD or another qualified individual following up with up me.It’s obvious what happened here - I paid my copay, my insurance paid their part, and this “provider” couldn’t give a damn about anything else.I will say that the technician who worked me me during my sleep study was excellent.

Save your money and go to a place that cares; a place that is organized. This place is a joke! No one calls you back, hard to schedule appointments, total lack of information!

Best service by far. Any time I call this office all the ladies are so nice and helpful. I believe the first time I spoke to someone it was a girl named Sarah. She was very nice and patient as I called and I was confused on what I needed. She helped me along the way. On the second occasion I spoke to a young lady named Amy? She was by far very sweet and went above and beyond with her customer service. She went as far as calling my Doctors to get a referral. I felt as if I had no need to do anything on my end because the ladies helped. All I needed to do was show up to my tele visit. Best Sleep clinic I've delt with!

The doctor is nice and seems competent but the front desk and administrative are poorly trained and supervised. The office moved and they didn’t bother to tell me or follow up to see if I was informed. I wasted time and went to their old office. They take their time about putting in your perscription or informing you if there is a problem with the prescription. The staff seems to lack serious critical thinking skills for taking initiative or problem solving and get rude when you call them out on their incompetence. They behave like they are doing you a favor rather than doing their job in the best professional man er. Take your business and money elsewhere and get the service you deserve.

The wonderful team at ASM who set me up , were so pleasant & patient with me !! The organization the team showed over the phone, certainly goes a long way .

Unsure if this is an industry thing, a COVID thing, insurance, or this is just how they do business - but my experience was not great. My doc sent a prescription for a sleep study. I called them every week for 4 weeks before they were able to get a time for me to come in. When I got there, I filled out a ton of forms - seems like they could have made the forms available online or emailed me and I could have filled them in at home (25 minutes of my life wasted.) Then person who showed me how to use the machine was very friendly and helpful. When I gave them sleep study machine back, I never heard from anyone for a week. After calling a few times, they setup an appointment for me a week later. It turns out I will need a CPAP machine. I once again went back to my weekly calls to check in and see where things were at. They said there was an issue with insurance, but wouldn't tell me what. Finally on today's weekly call (about 2 months after the at home sleep study) they told me to call another company for the CPAP machine. I'm awaiting the other company to call me back. If I could give 2.5 stars I would - basically signaling meh to meh+ service. I understand this is a medical business, and we have bigger fish to fry with COVID - but there were multiple people in the office answer phones and making calls - I'm not sure why it took 2 months to get a phone number.

The team at Rockville ASM was terrific! They were all knowledgeable and friendly. David Y (sales and marketing director) went above and beyond in his help. David is a wonderful addition to their team and they're lucky to have him. Dr Miller was helpful, informative and very easy to communicate with. All in all, a very good experience and one I would recommend to anyone.

The staff at American Sleep Medicine are absolutely wonderful. I'd like to thank David Y. (sales & marketing director) for his friendly & enthusiastic check in's at my work place and for always informing me of any new updates. It is greatly appreciated.

ASM in Rockville is a great place to go for help with sleep disorders. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Miller was very easy to communicate with and very available. David Y  (sales and marketing director) was a great help getting things in motion and following through to completion. If you need help, don't hesitate to go here.
