They were professionals and polite.I recommend them. The bedroom is like 5 * hotel. I am under treatment and I feeling better.

The wonderful team at ASM who set me up , were so pleasant & patient with me !! The organization the team showed over the phone, certainly goes a long way .

This place is great.Dr Keya was good and listened to me.Gladis helped me every step of the way.My person who did the testing overnight was truly great his name was Rajko. This guy really knows how to make you feel comfortable in a strange environment with a lot of wires hooked to you. He was very knowledgeable and ouldng havd befn more helpful, I was a little cold and before I knew it he brought me a blanket. I had to come back for a second night to determine the treatment and I made sure to ask for him.This place is s testing facility but they seem to take on the responsibility of helping you get better. They found a company to provide me with the eguipment I needed that would take my insurance. I didn’t like the mask they sent me so they had me come in at no charge to get me a mask that would fit my face and I could use.Great team awesome patient care.You can’t go wrong here they will help you get better.

The team at American Sleep Medicine are great. Both Gladis and Liz were great. It is very helpful that they speak Spanish

The team at Rockville ASM was terrific! They were all knowledgeable and friendly. David Y (sales and marketing director) went above and beyond in his help. David is a wonderful addition to their team and they're lucky to have him. Dr Miller was helpful, informative and very easy to communicate with. All in all, a very good experience and one I would recommend to anyone.

I arrived on time for my sleep study at the building entrance aftet hours. A pleasant and professional sleep technician gave me warm welcome. The problem is the the technician on duty was behind Schedulle for she was alone. Clean and homy feeling rooms. No DINNER though!

Keya was my technician for the night and she was absolutely awesome. I was a little nervous being away from home and away from my bed but she made me feel very comfortable. My room was very very clean and she checked in on me constantly. If you choose to have a sleep study done at this location, ask for Keya to be your technician. I guarantee you, you too will have an exceptional experience!

Best service by far. Any time I call this office all the ladies are so nice and helpful. I believe the first time I spoke to someone it was a girl named Sarah. She was very nice and patient as I called and I was confused on what I needed. She helped me along the way. On the second occasion I spoke to a young lady named Amy? She was by far very sweet and went above and beyond with her customer service. She went as far as calling my Doctors to get a referral. I felt as if I had no need to do anything on my end because the ladies helped. All I needed to do was show up to my tele visit. Best Sleep clinic I've delt with!
