I was referred to this doctor by my ophthalmologist, who was attempting to visualize my retina following a partial vitreous detachment. It frankly hurt so badly that I got off the table and refused to let her continue. She sent me upstairs to Dr. Vu. He performed the required procedure so gently and so expertly that I barely even noticed he had done it...the same procedure my board certified ophthalmologist ...

Very thorough and efficient with an air of ease and comfortability .. answers your questions with thoughtfulness and clarity. Quite clear that he is very knowledgeable in what he does. Everyone is very kind and pleasant and office is very comfortable. No long waits or overcrowding. Have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Dr. Vu has advised me on my retinal detachments for several years. He treated one with a freeze and is watching the second for significant changes. He explains what I need to be aware of if a significant change occurs. Appointments usually take 1.25 hours after check-in as there are three stations to visit. He sometimes seems a bit ruched but does take the time to answer questions.
