The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 iss because of the phone system. You can spend a full day trying to get an answer. Then after you get someone on the phone they say we will call you back. Most of the time they may take a day or so to get back to you.

I have been to Dr. Kendall’s office in McLean several times. There has never been a time I was not greeted professionally and kindly. Dr. Kendall and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and together they helped me tremendously with my back issues. This time with minimal wait time Dr. Kendall was able to see me for a last minute emergent procedure. This was after seeing about 50 patients. First class Dr. and staff

After Dr. Kendalls treatment on Friday I was no longer taking prescription pain medicine 2 days later. Furthermore I was able to walk without a cane for the first time in over 6 months. The difference in my everyday life is just astounding.

Dr. Kendall has been my pain management doctor for a few years now and he is great He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me options for treatment. I have been getting injections for about 4 years after back surgery and his injections always target the correct area. I’ve seen other pain management doctors in the past with mediocre relief but that’s not the case with Dr. Kendall. I highly recommend him

I posted a very positive review but did find one issue frustratingWhen you call the office to speak with the Md or Np you are directed to a line where you leave a message and they will respond in 24 hours. I left Numerous Messages no call back. I finally called the appointment line and was informed the line I have left messages was not functioning and hasn’t worked for some timeI did Mention to the staff they really should take that line down… I don’t know if that has been done or not. This is really my only complaint
