David Levin's Online Review Report Card

I wanted to alert everyone that this clinic is extremely unethical and irresponsible. Their staff blatantly violated my privacy, i.e. my medical records, by giving it to a third party without my permission. When I brought this up to the team there, not only did they refuse to admit the grave mistake but their manager covered it up and then eventually replied that it's not a big deal. What made it even worse is the doctor there, David Levin, also denied it after we brought the facts to him. He decided to ignore it completely and instead spun the incident around to falsely accuse me of being rude to his staff so that he had an excuse to drop me as a patient after a decade of apparently pretending to care about my injury. Furthermore, during that time, he kept insisting I have surgery despite my clear wishes not to have the procedure due to the high failure rate, which he acknowledged many times as well. I should have seen the red flags over the years and am saddened to see him flip the script so immediately as a way to cover his/his team from their flagrant violation. I hope others do not fall for his trap the way I did for so many years.

Dr Levin is a straight forward, cut-averse, doctor and a skilled surgeon. He follows up after surgery in person in post-surgical recovery and consistently via the phone during the healing process. When I have had post-surgical complications he has been appropriately accessible at all hours. I was impressed by the doctor's desire to be part of the whole injury-healing step-therapy in order to make sure all of the non-surgical options were given full opportunity before offering surgery to solve the problems. This process also improved the quality of the diagnostic procedures that preceded each major surgery. Dr Levin was very real about the procedures that he recommended. He had relevant statistics for himself and the medical industry for each operation. He made sure that I knew the probably long term impacts and trends for patients with these surgical modifications. Both of my major surgeries were definitely improvements from my painful status quo, and I credit the doctor for slowing the surgical scheduling process to make triple sure that the intended targets were the right solutions for my problems. As I continue to deteriorate, Dr Levin makes absolutely sure that we get every last mile out of my native hardware before he starts replacing parts. I can walk today because Dr Levin took the time to make sure I received good medicine.

I had pain in my leg for many years. I went through a hip replacement and a hernia operation trying to fix my pain. I went to a rheumatologist and an orthopedist, and neither of them thought to x-ray my back. The rheumatologist suggested a pain clinic. When I went to Dr. Levin he found a pinched nerve in my lower back,, I had the surgery, and I feel better than I had in many years. thank you, Dr. Levin.

Dr. Living is a hack. I've been trying to get hold of him since Monday after my wife's back surgery with rods.

Dr. David Levin is an extraordinary person and practitioner. When you see him, you know you'll recommend him to your parents and children and friends.

Dr. Levin is amazing. He will do whatever it takes to find a solution to fix a problem. You don't feel rushed when you are in an appointment with him. Great bedside manner. Had pain in my back for years. He did steroid injections and literally stopped the pain. He was so kind before the injections.. told me "if this doesn't work, we will figure out another solution". So grateful for him.
