I have been a patient of Dr. Tsoy's for many years and have always found him to be very thorough and patient. He is caring and always does what is best for me. I have great respect for him.

I went to see this doctor based on the great reviews here. Not really impressed though. He is courteous and so is his staff. But he did not really give me much information on my condition nor describe what was happening and any risks I need to pay attention to. Seems a fairly busy doctor so just "moving through the schedule quickly". You would be lucky to get his attention. I did not. He also sent me a bill for an amount I already paid in the office which indicates he is a little bit disorganized.

Dr Tsoy is very competent. He has been our family doctor for over 10 years. We trust him for our eye care. His staff is very friendly and competent.

My daughter first calls the office on the phone and gives her insurance details. After the office puts her on hold for half an hour they accept her insurance and make an appointment for her Today, when my daughter goes to the appointment, after waiting for 1 hour, they said that her insurance is not accepted. This is totally unexpectable , she took an off from work this is very unorganized office work
