Excellent physician and bed side manner. Dr. Epstein is empathetic and kind and listens to youby far the best primary care doctor Ive been to. I switched my insurance so I can keep him as my doctor. highly recommended

So at first I was glad to have found such a nice doctor willing to give me the time and answer all my questions the making of appointments is horrible since he has no staff at all and you have to reach a call center. Then the pandemic hits I got sick it wasnt COVID but before I knew that I contacted him via email and requested a call so that I could go over my symptoms with my doctor and determine if I needed a test. I was feeling pretty crappy and very scared and he never ever to this date contacted me back I dont even know if he is still in practice but I will certainly be looking for another primary care physician that I can rely on when things go wrong.

This provider is AWFUL He runs his business very cheaply with an answering service taking his calls instead of having office staff of some kind but the more critical problem is that he will absolutely abandon you and NEVER reply to your telephone calls If you have a simple question or you are sick or have a serious problem forget it Complete lack of communication and responsibility for his patients. It appears he wants the clientele so he can pay the bills but after you have your initial office appointment you can forget about ever contacting him again Totally untrustworthy. Would never recommend
