I took my son here today for a small repair on his eyeglasses. As usual, the staff was professional and personable. The repair was completed quickly. They are always accommodating. My family has been going here for years and always has a positive experience.

Dr. Spirer was very honest and referred me to an eye surgeon when conventional corrections were not possible. She was very professional and courteous and took the time to answer any questions that I had.

I visited Dr. Spirer because I was getting headaches and my PCP recommended an eye exam. She was very thorough and asked questions to help understand my issues. When she finished the exam, she explained why I might be getting headaches and the results of the exam. She allowed me time to ask questions and recommended glasses tailored to my needs. She was very knowledgeable and even helped me when I had a question about which frame looked best on my face. I highly recommended Dr. Spirer. This was my fist time seeing an eye doctor and she made it a very pleasant experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spirer for many years. In addition, my two children ages 13 and 10 are her patients. She has a wonderful demeanor with children, and is both patient and thorough. I have complicated vision, but she has always helped me to find the perfect script, and most comfortable lenses. She is honest , very competent, timely and warm . I fully recommend her !

Having filled a prescription that was incorrect, I couldn't see properly through my brand new glasses. I visited Dr. Spirer who corrected the prescription and worked with the store to have the lenses redone. She had even researched my earlier two prescriptions before my appointment to understand my situation. Dr. Spirer went above and beyond, and provided great service.

After my initial optometrist got my eyeglass prescription wrong, Dr. Spirer did a great job correcting my prescription and working with the eyeglass store to remake my wrong lenses. She had even researched my last two prescriptions before my appointment so that she had the background on my situation. Dr. Spirer went above and beyond.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO PATIENCE AT ALL WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. SHE LITERALLY SAW MY DAUGHTER TODAY (5/30/19) AT A MD MY EYE DOCTOR OFFICE AND DECIDED HALF WAY THROUGH THE EXAM TO STOP EXAMING MY DAUGTER (6) AND EXPRESS THAT SHE DOES NOT TREAT CHILDREN HER AGE. HER WORDS WERE I SHOULD HAVE NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY EYE DOCTOR BECAUSE A PEDIATRIC OPTOMETRIST SHOULD SEE HER BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO BE ENTERTAINED!!!!! THEN, SHE SAYS SHE WILL NOT BILL MY INSURANCE BECAUSE IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE. I MEAN I PRESENT TWO INSURANCE CARDS-PRIVATE INSURANCE-BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AND STATE INSURANCE- PRIORITY PARTNERS. I GUESS THE FRONT DESK WENT WITH THE STATE BECAUSE TO STOP HALF WAY THROUGH AN EXAM AND ASK ME TO LEAVE "POLITELY" AND TO SEEK A PEDIATRIC OPTOMETRIST IS UNACCEPTABLE. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT SO MY DAUGHTER COULD BE PROPERLY EXAMINED AND BE GIVEN PROPER DIAGNOSIS O HRE CONDITION. I AM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE TREATMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
