List of Kids Eye Care Of Maryland's Reviews
Friendly staff, and great experience with Dr. Cheng. Highly recommended.
Staff is excellent and efficient- Dr Luck is superior and organized/on time. Great bedside manner and knows her stuff! Definitely recommend!
Very friendly staff and my daughter is always happy to go there thank you so much for taking care of my daughter’s health.
My son is Autistic and has a hard time with medical appointments. You can probably imagine how difficult that makes eye exams! Dr. Cromelin is absolutely fantastic and puts him at ease as best as possible. I have encountered very few other medical professionals who have done as well working with my son and making him feel safe and comfortable during an exam. While he still doesn't love getting his eyes examined, it's far less stressful for him (and me!) with such a caring doctor. As for the overall office, sometimes there is a bit of a wait (and boy does that make my kid antsy, which makes it harder for him to cope with examination and results in less cooperation from him), but it's not any worse than waits I've experienced in lots of other doctor's offices. The wait is mostly hard because my kid does not like to stay put in a seat, so I'm not sure much could be done to help that!
Finally!!! Great customer service in a medical office. I had a really great experience from the first email from Markita to the front desk when I arrived with my daughter for her appt. Everyone was smiling and friendly. My daughter was scheduled to see Dr. Glaser however, she was seen and treated by Dr. Cheng. We weren't informed of the change but in the end I was totally fine with that. Dr. Cheng was absolutely amazing, patient, friendly and thorough and my daughter loved him. I would recommend Dr. Cheng over and over again.
The front desk staff was polite and attentive. Dr Chang was great with our daughter he made her feel safe and was so fun to watch them interact. He explained everything to us in a way where we could understand and so could she, overall we had a great experience at this office even though we were there for about 2 hours we were warned prior to our appointment that this was the process. It didn’t feel like 2 hours though they had a TV playing children friendly cartoons to keep the kids entertained it felt like time passed quickly and we were out of there before we knew it.
The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. But I guess it easy to be rude on the phone with someone because you do not have to face them. The many people that is in need of your job and you got the nerve to have a attitude on the phone! That's sad.
My daughter was a patient of Dr. Luck and Dr. Glazer for 21 years. As a parent, I am thankful for everything that they did and for a great service. Both my daughter and I miss them. Now we live in Texas but often remember the care given in every visit.
Dr. Cheng and his assistants were very sweet, patient, and kind with my (soon to be) 4 year old son. However, there was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Dr. Cheng thoroughly explained everything I need to know.
I’ve been coming here with my daughters for years and have always had a pretty great experience. This review is actually for a phone conversation that I felt could have been more pleasant. I understand that offices may be busy while front staff has to check in patients as well as conducting phone calls but the person I spoke to seem a bit rude she cut me off a few times during the conversation as well as rushed me off the phone without a good day or anything. I understand some days can be rough but don’t take it out on others I’m also a PSR and understand sometimes you have bad days but when dealing with patients I believe always try to be pleasant as well as have patience with others everyone is going through something. Other then that doctors are great most of the staff are friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
