An excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Weltman and her team were extremely thorough in my initial consultation and eye exam, and my surgeon Dr. Mills and his team were very efficient and professional. You can tell that they actually care for their parents. Highly recommended.

LASIK surgery has made seeing clearly easy, starting from the second day after monovision surgery. In mid 40s, I was not able to see far, middle and computer distance before, my nearsightedness had even made computer reading blurry. After the surgery, all three problems are solved, the only compromise is near distance, e.g. looking at cell phone at less than half an arm’s distance. But the advantage of the surgery greatly outweighs the compromise. I enjoy the benefit daily, especially at work, that’s much more than the compromise of very short distance reading and having driving glasses at night for glare after the surgery. I had needed glasses for driving anyways for nearsightedness before the surgery. Dr. Wills is very experienced, the office is well run and organized. Monovision LASIK is a great choice for people who is over 40, who otherwise would have to use glasses or contact lens daily.

I had the PRK procedure done and although it did seem a little scary at first because I wanted the LASIK procedure done, it turned out to be great! My eyes have completely healed and my vision is awesome!! Couldn’t have asked for a better turn out, thank you.

I should have posted this review a while back, but was initially waiting to make sure nothing went wrong with my eyes. I'm VERY happy with the results. I was initially a bit hesitant to make such a major life change, but I had lasik done on both eyes here in December 2019, after being quite nearsighted and needing to wear glasses or contacts all my life. My eyes were stable but I'm >50 so was needing reading glasses anyway. The doctors were great, the prices were competitive, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. My recovery from the surgery was pretty quick (lots of eyedrops for the first month or two) and the results were fantastic! Distances are clearer than glasses and contacts, and I don't have to wear glasses except for reading up close, as expected. They have a guarantee in case your eyes need a touch-up procedure, but that was not necessary for me...everything worked well the first time! I highly recommend LasikPlus!

Here is what you should know. The "lifetime warranty" is a lie. Two years after getting lasik at this facility, my eye sight declined sharply. I was corrected for distance vision and now I can't see at any distance without glasses. I called for a touch up surgery to address this. They said I needed to see my own eye doctor and have him fill out an assessment. If they accepted his assessment, I would have to pay $75 for their own doctor to further determine if I was a candidate. (So you pay them 75 and maybe get help?) My doctor said he had worked in lasik clinic for many years and thought I was an excellent candidate for touch up surgery. But I was denied by lasik with no specifics beyond "at this particular time the benefits of an enhancement/retreatment likely would not outweigh the potential risks of additional laser vision correction surgery." Bottom line -- your eyes might be better for a while but don't count on lasikplus to stand by their "guarantee." Also -- as for the positive reviews here -- be aware that they put a lot of pressure on people to write a review. The office staff was very nice. But I was asked every time I was there if I would leave a review. They said they would give some swag (a t-shirt or something) if I wrote it in the office and showed them that I had completed it. This pressure might account for some of what you are reading.

My surgeon was Dr. Pasternak he was so knowledgeable and calm which really reassured me as I was not an easy patient. The actual operation was much more intense than I expected. The laser is loud, the smell is overwhelming, and I was really freaked out about trying not to move. After surgery go straight home and use the tear eye drops as much as possible. Looking at the tv, phone, or any source of light was uncomfortable so I was down and out for about 12 hours afterwards. During my consultation I felt like I was being sold a car or something which was weird, there are different packages and better lasers. Shouldn't the best equipment always be used for everyone? Any way I paid more for it. Despite this, my vision is not perfect and I am wearing glasses a year after surgery and suffer from chronic eye dryness. I refuse to go through the laser treatment again
