I haven't had the chance to speak with Dr Bass yet but I did call this morning. The receptionist called back in less than 2 hours and was absolutely charming and very helpful. So maybe the person who wrote the bad review spoke with someone else.

Dr. Bass is an excellent practitioner and incredibly knowledgeable. His background and experience successfully treated my kidney stones and his continuing care has been an integral part of my general health. I recommend him highly as a gentleman of high integrity, exceptional skill and a keen specialization in nephrology.

I heard "Good Reports" about Dr. Bass even before I 1st seen him! You see, Patients are NOT DUMB, they know when a Doctor is Good Like BASS & when they're Crooks like....well, the Majority of the Others. And us Patients, after Treatment Talk like any other Human Being so YEAH, I heard of BASS wayyyy before I saw him. Maybe Years!!! Not only do the Patients have Respect for this Doctor, but the Staff literally EVERYWHERE I GO in the Medical Field in Montgomery County got Props for this "TopDoc". He actually tries to spend enough time with you to have you at ease instead of just stay for the required minutes that Medicare will cough up. Dr. Bass is very Easy Going & Genuinely seems to CARE about what happens to his Patients. Especially when he takes a Vacation. Now I know he's Human & needs a Break at times but his other "Colleagues" that cover for him don't have the Ratings to match his at all! One time he took a Week Vacation & came back to find me in the Hospital. I wanted to tell him, "The Next Time you go on break. TELL ME, so I can go on break too!" Yes, it's THAT Ruthless out here, believe me!. Actially, I would have him now STILL if he had business in PG County. Oh, and I COULDN'T deal with his "COLLEAGUES" that "Black-Balled" me in Montgomery County!! I'D RECOMMEND DR. RAYMOND BASS TO ANY PATIENT NEEDING A KIDNEY DOCTOR IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND. THANK YOU.

Began using Dr Bass as my primary care doctor after mine moved to Texas about 6 - 7 years ago. He pursued the tiny spot in the kidney scan which led to the early detection of both kidney and bladder cancer. Can't speak highly enough of Dr Bass. He's probably the main reason why I'm still kicking.

Dr Bass was my internist for many years until his practice specialized in nephology. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable doctor who doesn't rush you out the door and answers all your questions and always returns phone calls. My wife and I wish we could still see him. He is the Best.
