I had cataract surgery with Dr. Chu and it was a complete success. Everything went smoothly, their support related to my many concerns and questions was excellent. I had progressive lenses implanted and my vision is now 20/20 without any need for glasses. I am grateful for their efforts, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

At Dr's Robert Chu I always had a very good experience and an excellent result after surgery. But I am a hard of hearing person and I have not received that consideration from two of his employees, I felt as if they did not believe that I cannot hear well.

Very disappointed! beware of this guy Robert Chu. unbelievable how bad the customer service is. i would not even leave one star because of the lack of respect and decency he has for customers clients just people in general. very nasty how he handles cases and other peoples time unless it's his own. I would never recommend anybody else give this guy a cent. hands down worst legal advice my people ever got was from this guy. seems like he just wants a easy customer so he doesn't have to work. very shameful business practice. he's rude too. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! you

My cataract surgery has been done more than 3 months ago by Dr. Chu. Because of my high nearsightedness and astigmatism, Dr. Chu suggests (1) using fs laser for small incision and astigmatism correction, and (2) implanting multifocal lens for glass free in the future. The outcome is delightful: I am able to back to work after a weekend rest, start sport activities after a month, even more have international travel last month. I am so glad that the investment gets paid back immediately. Besides, Dr. Chu’s staff are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Chu for your eye care.

It’s been 10 days since completion of my cataract surgery for my Left eye and 20 days since surgery on my Right. I can read at arm’s length for the first time in almost 63 years without glasses, without contact lenses(after 50+ years), without reading glasses while wearing my contacts, and without special glasses for my computer. What a joy! For each surgery, Dr. Chu used the Femtosecond Laser to remove my cataracts in 15-20 seconds. Dr. Chu then replaced my lens with a Multifocal IOL (intraocular Lens Implant) in approximately 10 minutes, including correction of my astigmatism. The entire surgical procedure for each eye, from drop off at the front door until pickup, was an hour and 30 minutes -start to finish. Dr. Chu’s office staff and technical personnel were pleasant and clear in answering all my questions regarding appointment schedules, insurance, payments, and all aspects of follow-up care. The surgical staff was extremely competent and professional. They were caring, calm and reassuring before, during and after both surgeries. They provided an extra level of reassurance. Dr. Chu is not only a skilled eye surgeon, but an expert clinician in coordinating your eye care with any of your existing health conditions and needs. In advance of the surgery, he carefully explained every aspect of cataract removal as well as the multiple implant options available for replacement. He carefully described potential outcomes and, most impressive to me, was very specific about my personal expectations. He made me feel 100% confident in his abilities and my decision. Besides being delighted about my results and feeling like celebrating, my best endorsement for Dr. Chu comes from his successful cataract and transplant surgery performed in 2018 on both eyes of my 99 year old mother. For that, I shall always be appreciative and grateful.

My neighbor recommended this business. My appointment was with Dr. Yin, she was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend for eye care.

We just want to get a pair eye glasses, but have to pay additional so called “eye exam” medical portion in amount $205 even we have eye insurance! However, this place mainly use very poor eye process!

I would to express my gratitude for Dr. Chu. His cataract procedure has been a life-changing experience. I can see colors, can drive better at night and do not need glasses anymore. Additionally, his staff members are extremely supportive.

Dr. Robert H. Chu is just the best eye doctor/surgeon in the area. He is a great and highly skilled surgeon (having removed my cataract and superbly performed my multifocal implants through laser surgery). Dr. Chu runs a tight ship so to speak in that his staff and technicians are all outstanding, efficient/professional (like clockwork), with great rapport and compassion for uptight patients like me. I went through a thorough eye exam (with their high tech equipment and all) and they were conducted so expertly and comfortably by his staff technicians. I could not be happier with Dr. Chu and his whole office staff.

I've gone here for a few years. They're professional and the female doctor that I see is always cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this office.
