Very friendly staff, emphatic supportive care!
Dr Bhatti is great but the front desk staff are dangerously negligent. When my wife called with anaphylaxis (including difficulty breathing), she was told to take one Benadryl and that she could not leave a message for Dr Bhatti. She left a message for the doctor asking for a refill EpiPen after using her last one and got no response.
It is with utter disappointment that I am writing this review. After being a patient of Dr. Bhatti's for over 10 years, today was the most humiliating experience ever. Today, I visited for a follow-up pertaining to an allergic skin reaction that Dr. Bhatti has been treating me for. Upon entering the office, per usual, I was not welcomed or greeted by the administrative personnel. Instantaneously, one of the employees, jumped directly into asking me my name. After signing in, she rudely informed me that I would have to fill out paperwork, so I inquired what is was pertaining to since I did not have any changes to my personal information. She then rudely replied that it was necessary to notate any changes within my health. If she had initially executed thoroughness and informed of this prior to just shoving me the paperwork, I would have obtained a clear understanding. As I sat down to complete the paperwork, I was given the option to give consent to an internal Asthma and Allergy pamphlet, but I could not provide this affirmation, as I never received the information. Once again, I had to inquire of the documentation for my review. Due to my persistence in ensuring my full understanding of the information I was giving consent to, Sophia instantly became annoyed. She rudely gave me the paper and instructed for me to review and sign the consent form. Immediately after completing the paperwork, Sophia asked for my copay. Her demeanor clearly explicated her unprofessional, frustrated, disposition towards me. Her tone even illustrated her indifference. After completing my payment, Sophia did not thank me or say another word to conclude the transaction. I then asked her why she refused to execute general service by showing appreciation and respect. She rolled her eyes and rudely responded that she did say thanks, but this was a bold-face lie, as Sophia acted outright unprofessional from the onset and never extended any warmth or gratitude for my service. I then informed her that she should not work in an industry that involves service and respect because it heavily impacts the patient and makes for an awful encounter. After I concluded my visit with Dr. Bhatti, her husband marched into our room and demanded that he needed to speak with me. From his initial approach into the room, he loudly began demeaning me by explaining his dissatisfaction with how I corrected his unprofessional employees. I was immensely startled, as this “professional doctor” consistently yelled and authoritatively demanded I do whatever his employees asked. As I attempted to speak a word, he would continuously refute my statements and side with Sophia. He literally expressed that he needs his employees more than his patients. I informed him that the payment I made was beneficial to his practice, but he loudly yelled back that insurance doesn’t pay him anything and that he would even show me proof. (Again, entirely unethical and unacceptable). I pleaded my case and tried to convey the need for my respect as a patient, but he consistently shunned me. Dr. Bhatti’s behavior was aggressive and frightening. I am currently still alarmed at the experience I encountered and will make it my duty to never support this practice again. Not only was the level of service inadequate, I also did not receive the script for one of my prescriptions, but due to the toxicity of the administrative office environment, I refused to call and request it. I will just have to find another doctor to fulfill my needs. I find it so disheartening that employees are given the liberalism to act according to their desires. Physicians are so focused on increasing profitability that they desensitize the need for sufficient execution of customer service for supporting patients who are visiting their practices. Any logical individual/business owner would demonstrate empathy and understanding towards a patient; however, Dr. Bhatti’s ignorance could not allow him to comprehend the nature of the issue. I am still excessively astonished at the level of unprofessional service that I received.
What a great experience. It was my first time at an allergist they team there was very knowledgeable, patient, kind. Dr. Bhatti took her time to explain new allergies and asthma symptoms to me, explained steps for treatment.
Have been coming to this allergist office for over a decade and would never go anywhere else.
I personally work in the medical field and I know the usual patient complaints about doctors appointments. So I would say that this is a very reliable review. Things that I look for: 1. Average waiting time 2. Bedside manner 3. Professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness of the staff 4. Actual time spent with the physician (1 on 1) I went to see Dr. Sekhsaria for a full evaluation of my seasonal allergies and my asthma. Let me start off by saying that He has a GREAT bedside manner (seriously, it feels like a casual conversation about your medical history.) some doctors have some rehearsed script, or they seem totally unapproachable (like somehow they are better than you). Not his case! The check in procedure was quick and easy. I'm well familiar with new patient paperwork and it's always extensive, confusing and repetitive. This was not the case at this office. Janice (friendly front desk lady) asked me for ID and insurance card and handed me 2 pages of paperwork. As soon as I finished, she finished making my chart, called my name and walked me back to the examining room. Once in the examining room, doctor Sekhsaria walked right in and introduced himself. My first impression of him was "wow. What a friendly guy!" I have to admit that I loved not having a technician asking me again ALL the usual questions with regards to my medical history. Dr Sekhsaria does it all himself and in a timely manner (you never feel like he's rushing you out of the office.) Then I was guided to the testing room for breathing tests. Joanne, the lady that performed all my testing is incredibly friendly and super professional. She went through the directions(multiple times), indicating me how to do the tests properly. She's so patient! Lastly, back in the examining room for my skin tests and I waited 20-30 minutes for an allergic response (yes, that IS the standard.) Dr. Sekhsaria came back in, measured, recorded and reviewed the results with me. He explained the treatment options and we selected the one he thought best. He wrote down my regimen on a piece of paper and told me to come back in 4 weeks to reassess me and see how the treatment was working. Walked me to the front and boom! I was done. Just like the check in, quick and friendly check out. Payed my copay and I was out. From the moment I walked in until I walked out, about 1hr and 50 minutes. Given all the testing, the treatment provided and all the paperwork that usually entails with New patients this is deff a winner. To me, it's an A++ for this physicians and his staff.
I have been a patient for years I love the staff and doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
