Dr. Scheiken with Schreiber Allergy helped me diagnose and address a condition that I had for YEARS and could never figure out the cause for nor successfully address. Dr. Scheiken has an amazing bedside manner, and the entire experience with this office is top notch. Great waiting area (outfitted with a counter and wifi to work remotely while waiting for your appointment), friendly staff, and a full range of services and expertise. Highly recommended.

My 2 kids (ages 5 and 9) have been seeing Dr. Schreiber for the last 4 years. We always love our yearly visits to the Allergist - Dr. Schreiber is knowledgeable, down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She is great with kids and is very helpful in explaining things to the parents. We drive from Virginia to see her because we appreciate her approach to food allergies. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an Allergist!

We had an initial consult for OIT and was really thankful for the sensitive, thorough, and informative meeting with them. They are one of the few places in the area that offer this therapy and came highly recommended from our allergist so getting their perspective and expertise was really helpful in deciding whether or not to go forward with this with our daughter. Unfortunately because they are one of the few places in the area, there is a long waitlist for therapy so that is where we currently are. That being said, I'm excited about the possibilities and it's obvious that these people know their stuff! I'd recommend them from first impression alone.

As a doctor myself, I am very particular about choosing a practice where I feel that the quality of care is top notch. I was seen by Dr. Scheiken, and I was very impressed with the entire office. Check in was smooth and easy, and I was taken back almost immediately. Dr. Scheiken took his time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. He didn’t seem rushed to run out of the room to see other patients, and I appreciated the time. It’s easy to tell that he genuinely cares about the patients. I’ve been to offices where they limit me on how many questions I can ask or how many issues can be discussed at one appointment, and this is absolutely not the case here. The Schreiber office made sure to take care of all of the concerns I have and look out for m best interest, without trying to push for any extra procedures. Happy to have found this office!

Was referred by PA Lathey at US Dermatology Partners for testing. Was assigned Dr. Schieken, and feel fortunate - he's funny, compassionate, and determined to find causes and solutions - so good that I wish he could be my GP! In addition to testing for allergies their standard tests indicated a need for better asthma treatment and Dr. Schieken worked with me to get the most effective medication, resulting in significant improvement and less respiratory congestion. Not only is my doc impressive and personable, the women at the front desk are amazing -- unfailingly welcoming, they acknowledge you when you come in, they make check-in and check-out simple, and clearly work together seamlessly and congenially as a team. From my experience as a patient, Schreiber Allergy is a model medical practice and I wish all medical offices were like it. They also refer patients to an external web database that uses test results to help avoid products containing dermatitis-triggering allergens. It's a bit clunky and sometimes frustrating (for example, it won't allow users to stay signed in, so I have to remember to sign in before I go into the big box stores w no signal deep inside) but I've used it to change bath soaps, laundry detergents, etc for better health. The only area for improvement is that the practice also does pediatric allergies, and the young folks who work with the little ones can be loud when you're in the waiting room overhearing all the overly enthusiastic instructions yelled at the little ones. Maybe add some sound-absorptive acoustic treatments in that front room?
