Just had my 1month follow-up. LASIK procedure was quick, calm, and confident. Staff are kind and professional. Excellent experience and a lifetime of poor vision is over with only a few weeks' discomfort.

Dr. Weltman and Dr. Ballard were great! Best decision ever getting eye correction surgery. Staff was friendly and made sure i was comfortable with the process and that all of my questions were answered.

Dr Weltman and Dr Ballard were both amazing to work with and were patient with my questions. I only treated one eye for monovision (one eye sees near and one for distance) and I’m hoping this works! Overall great experience and very limited wait times.

tl/dr: Get LASIK, Avoid Rockville. Star for the LASIK procedure. It works and the recovery was easier than expected. One year later, I'm seeing 20/25 which I am very happy with considering I had serious myopia (-9.00). TLC offers a lifetime guarantee so you can get corrections down the road if vision starts to deteriorate. I cannot recommend the Rockville location. If you're a prospective patient, it's easy to get an appointment, schedule the procedure, and get the procedure done ASAP. However, once you're done it's impossible to get in touch. 24 hours after the procedure, you'll be brought in to check for complications. Once you pass, you're immediately asked to scan a QR code and submit your Google review for TLC Rockville while still in the office. There are no further follow-ups 3, 6, or 12 months later. If you need anything, you can't get in touch. You're forwarded to a corporate number because the Rockville office is never open. I've left voicemails, sent emails, and asked the corporate number for a call back and still can't get my records sent to my eye doctor for annual exams.

My Lasik experience with this office was fantastic. All the doctors and staff were really nice and guided me through everything I needed to know. I am very happy with my results so far and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!
