The practice offers high tech and cutting edge technologies. The process runs like a well-oiled machine. My experience was that every staff I encountered was pleasant and professional. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Visionary eye doctors. Btw- my husband has had the same experience.

Took my dad here for eye appointment. Wait was a little long. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Appointment was with Dr. Garg. I'm so glad my dad was scheduled with her. She was very patient and answered all his questions. She is an excellent doctor. I was very impressed by her.

NOTE: I use CostCo for filling my lens prescription, so this review is just about the eye doctor. PROS * Staff were fine, no issues CONS * Parking - Park at Whole Foods, buy a drink, and walk over to this location. I could NOT figure out regular parking in this area. * Clear your schedule - As other reviews have noted, speed is not their strong suit. Definitely the longest trip to an eye doctor I've had. --- * I came in on a Fri morning, and it took them about 15 mins to get me in. Had an eye test done and then sat around for another 20 mins. Another test. Another 15 minutes before I finally see the doctor. All told it was a 1.5 hour visit for maybe 5 minutes interacting with staff. * While waiting I sat in a crowded waiting room, nobody wearing masks, which I guess is fine but when cold and flu seasons rolls back around ... * They couldn't see me for both glasses and an eye doctor check (i.e. check for problems). This was supposedly due to an insurance requirement, but the incredibly slow service means I get to come back and dump another entire afternoon in a month.

I visited at the advice of my general practitioner. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the visit. I felt unimportant.

The visit was not thorough enough and I know the Doctor was not helpful for me and my right eye. She only saw me for 10 minutes and no real help. I spent more time waiting and taking 4 different test to only hear oh this is normal. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

If I could give them less than one star, I would, this is the worst clinic I have ever visited, I definitely do not recommend it to anyone, please do not go to this place. A small ball started growing on my eyelid, I went to this place and Dr. Moainic treated me he doesn't care about his patients he told me about a procedure for my eyes, I took his recommendation and I had to pay $950 because my health insurance didn't cover it, and it didn't work at all I tried to contact him but it was impossible to ever reach him. He suggested a second procedure but I had to wait 4 weeks with my very bad eye, when he gave me nothing no pills, no cream zero. I called 2 weeks ago to see if we could move up the procedure or if I could have it done by someone else. 3 days before the appointment I called and each day after to find out if the insurance covered it or how much I would pay, each time I was told I'd get a call prior to the procedure so I would be informed beforehand. Well, I had already paid $950 and no one could give me information, which annoyed me because in my two previous visits I heard patients complain about unexpected charges and other patients complain about waiting more than 2 hours for their appointment, definitely do not go to this place 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR.

My previous ophthalmologist took a week to get me my new glasses and here I am six weeks later still waiting for mine. The best part is that I keep asking them to call me back a few days later to give me updates. They say that they will update me but have yet to actually call me back. I end up having to hunt them down only to be brushed off with excuses.

Dr did a good job, but I found the rest of the office lacked professionalism. Came in on Saturday to pick up my contacts. I was told it was their policy was to require an appointment to pick up my contacts. I was confused and asked what exactly was I making an appointment for? To pick up the contacts? I was told they could see me that Saturday but it would be a while and did I want to wait. They told me I could pick up the contacts during the week without an appointment. Sent my wife today to pick them up and she was asked several times if she had an appointment. The last eye Dr I had was great but he moved to Silver Spring and this place was down the street. Looks like I will be going to Silver Spring next year.
