DO NOT call for an appointment with this doctor!!!! My primary care doctor referred me to this doctor after I had an Upper GI series done. The girl who claimed to be the office manager REFUSED to give me an appointment and told me I needed to go to an ENT clinic. She continually argued with me on the phone and continued to refuse to give me an appointment. I told her I had not read the entire report to her & she claimed I did and continued to argue such. She told me I was wasting my time making an appointment there. I told her that if i was that it was my problem. I had not even read her the full report!!! So unprofessional, rude and disrespectful from this office on a level I had never encountered in all of my 50 years!!! Who hollers and argues repeatedly with a new patient trying to make an appointment that your primary referred you to?!!! She hung up on me after ARGUING WITH ME for a good 5 minutes on the phone!!! I advised my primary doctor of the treatment from this office to not refer anyone else to him. They were shocked!

Dr. Waseem is absolutely fantastic. The front desk was friendly, responsive and overall great. Dr. Waseem dealt with my issue quickly, and is extremely personable. He put my nerves at ease. If you ever need an ENT, do yourself a favor and call Dr. Waseem’s office!

Great specialist. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He is very compassionate with his patience and attentive to your needs. Flexible with time and able to be seen on short notice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Waseem is a very nice doctor. However he wasn’t very helpful with my issue because it was more complicated. He also likes sending people to get unnecessary X-rays. In a span of a month he ordered two ct scans and a pet scan. I ended up switching to a different ENT, and I was told that I didn’t need them!

Dr Waseem is amazing at what he does, him and his entire medical team. He is very experienced in his field. He answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease when he created a treatment plan to end this 2 month nightmare of sinus issues. When all other doctors told me it was in my head, that my labs were "Normal". I recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing ENT doctor. He knows what he is doing and even takes the time to explain things to those who wish to know more about their health and condition. Thank you Dr Waseem, and thank you all that work along side him. I am glad I found an ENT that I know will look out for me as well as all his patients!.
