Not able to speak with provider when need to discuss complication...not patient friendly they don't deserve to one star from me at this time

All of the staff was very nice. Dr. Shockley administered injections. He was thorough and knowledgable. No pain with the injections and I feel great!

Been trying to get thru to a human for 2 weeks and it's just their AI receptionist most times. I finally got a human who told me i was being rude just because I was exhausted and her telling me my insurance wasn't on file but then she goes "oh is it.. 1234 as the member number" me: yes but if it's not on file what are you reading? Yes I could have been more patient but it's been a looong day and the AI made me spell everything!

Choice Pain is an awesome place to get Rehabilitation! Abraham is a great provider. He actually listens to you and tries his best to help you. The girls in the office are a great addition to the care. I’m glad I left Clearway and chose Choice! Awesome place 10/10 Recommend

My experience was very good , and both Dr. Shockley and his staff were very Comforting

I been going to this place for over 2 years July 31st I was discharged without anyv of my Pain Medicine that my insurance pays for because they said I had cocaine in my urine, never used jt before in life, I drive for FedEx Express in which I just had a DOT /physical in that same month I asked them to fax overl my papers to another pain management over 3 weeks ago the last time I went up there to give them the fax number for the 4rh time they told me I wasn't allowed on there premises because I was discharged. The way they got things set up when you leave your urine anybody can Temple with or evern switch or just somebody ain't doing there job rgt .I work 12hrs a Day with Lower/Upper Back and knee pain. I felt really disrespected, definition of character and its really messing with my mental issues..... and I only seen the new Doctor 3 times. Before I was discharged. I loved working with and seeing Kiyenne and Nathaniel 5🌟👈 to them . .. the 1 that's there now is not doing something rgt 08/28/24

I am so happy I switched to the Rosedale location because this location gets you in and out. They also address all concerns you have regarding your health. Their is Noone available to discuss a bill when I have a primary and secondary insurance, and I keep getting a text bill of more then a 1300.00 bill. This place is a joke Stay far away from this place it is not being ran right. I have tried to contact them so many times and they dodge all the phone calls. I have been trying to reach out to the billing department for weeks. I have been going to this practice for more then 14 years when Falco had this practice I never had a problem. Stay clear of this place.

I attended this pain management and every visit there was miscommunication,whether it be me having a over due bill in the system or me having to repeat a urinalysis. This facility doesn't practice privacy of patients the doors are open so patient confidentiality is a big issue here, also I have always had to make sure my name was spelled correctly. I was also informed by an employee that patients urinalysis get misplaced due to their employees they hire.Due to this issue I discharged after "1 year". They have a high turnover around rate of physicians and employees. Since Mrs Adena left this place has gone down the rabbit hole. I received multiple bills to my home stating I owed a balance not sure as to how when none of my insurance information had changed, again each time I was asked " how do you spell your name again?" Be careful people

MY FAMILY MEMBER HAS BEEN GOING TO CHOICE FOR THREE YRS NOW .SHE TALKED ME INTO TRYING THEM OUT,AND BOY WHAT A SHOCK.THE YOUNG LADIES FRONT DESK.KAYLEE,CRYSTAL AND KEIRSTEN WERE SUCH A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.MY FIRST VISIT WAS WITH A MS. DIXON AND SHE WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE CARE I EXPECTED TO RECEIVE.SHE WAS RUDE,CONDESCENDING,AS WELL AS A BULLY. I WITNESSED HER TALK TO THE YOUNG LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK.WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT AND EMBARRASSED THEM IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS.WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR MY VISIT,MS. DIXON KNOWING MY HEALTH ISSUES.(MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS,/WHICH IS PROGRESSING. BREAST CANCER/2yrs SURVIVOR..PRIOR TO MY VISIT WITH MS. DIXON.ALL I HAD WAS ONE WKS WORTH OF PAIN MEDS FROM MY PRIOR P/MGMENT GROUP.SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY PAIN MEDS.AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN SIX WKS,IF I WANTED TO.WHEN I WAS DONE WITH MY VISIT.THE REGULAR MANAGER WASN’T THERE TO HELP ME GET IN TOUCH WITH DR’ SHOCKLEY.SO WHEN I TOLD MY FAMILY MEMBER ABOUT MY VISIT.AND SHE TOLD ME THAT IS WAS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTIONABLE.AND THAT SHE WOULD CALL AND SPEAK WITH KAYLEE AND GET DR’ SHOCKLEY INVOLVED.ONCE SHE FOUND OUT HOW I WAS TREATED AND NOT EVEN GIVEN ANY MEDS. THEN KAYLEE CHANGED MY APPT. FOR THE FOLLOWING WK.AT THAT TIME, I MET WITH NATE.WHOM ONLY GAVE ME TWO WKS OF MEDS.WHICH WASNT EVEN ENOUGH,OF WHAT I’M USED TO TAKING.AFTER THAT VISIT.HE GAVE ME A TWO WK APPT. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW AND PROGRESS.AFTER THIS NEXT APPT. I WILL DECIDE IF I WILL INCREASE MY STARS AFTER THAT APPT.
