Dr. Hatch was filling in for another doctor at my local office. He was nice enough, but failed to follow through with any treatment/diagnosis plan as discussed. He wanted more imaging before recommending a treatment plan and/or physical therapy and stated I would be contacted to schedule an ultrasound, which I clarified three times that they would contact me. Afterward, further followup would be handled by the resident doctor he was filling in for. It's been three weeks, and I've heard nothing. Upon calling the office back to check why I'd not been contacted for the ultrasound, I was informed there was nothing in my chart mentioning any of this. No imaging orders, no record of the encounter. While I understand he was filling in for another doctor and was not at his usual office, that does not excuse him from providing a basic level of care such as ordering further testing, especially considering how much money we pay for the services of these "professionals".

Dr. Hatch is by far one of the kindest doctors I have ever been to see. He listens and shows care and concern regarding the patient's well being. I would have absolutely no hesitation referring him to anyone I know who would need podiatric care. He is a real sweetheart!!

Dr. Hatch has been treating me since December 2018 and have had multiple visits. He is prompt for his appointments and takes as much time as you need to give you answers to your questions. He and his staff are professional and caring. I would recommend him for anyone with a podiatry issue.
