I had my gallbladder removed and I feel great. Dr Franklin was kind and explained the procedure with diagrams . My experience as a patient of his was wonderful. His staff was just as wonderful. I would use his services again.

I had an emergent appendectomy by Dr. Franklin a few years ago, 2013; he happened to be on-call that night. I felt more than blessed to have gotten him for my surgeon that night having already left another emergency room after 3 hours of waiting in agony. Once diagnosed, he was called in and he was very kind, showed much concern for my husband and me and explained everything to both of us. He put me at ease regarding the procedure. He also saw me twice in follow up as opposed to just once.

Dr. Franklin was recommended by my dermatologist for a large cyst removal from my back which was too large for my dermatologist to do in his office. I'm so glad he came highly recommended. Dr. Franklin turned out to be wonderful. He is an excellent surgeon. I have great confidence in his ability & he proved to be extremely competent. Great bed side manner too. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery.

He is a great doctor and great guy. He just did my umbilical hernia repair at St. Joseph's Hosp,in Towson, MD. An outpatient procedure,in 7am home by noon. Moderate pain overnight less each day. Can be very funny, when working pleasantly serious. I trust him with my life. Bellybutton fix isn't brain surgery,but still surgery and consent forms say it always carries the risk of VERY serious consequences. I confidently signed the form. And great at wound care, decubitus(bed sores),diabetes,etc.

I went to him for a consultation to have my gall bladder out. He explained what would happen in detail. Came to see me before and after surgery. Was just as nice as could be. Everything went perfectly. Had me follow up in his office in two weeks to see how I was doing. If I have any more surgeries I would go back to him!!
