Results disappointing. Reduction and asymmetry needed. NO reduction and now lopsided after a year and no sensation on one breast. Arrogant and removed me from the practice because I was un happy.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed with my final results. I had a mastectomy in 2013 & Dr Pellegrino replaced my worldwide recalled implants, which required a Complete Capsulectomy & replacing my implants in September 2019. The final outcome left me with my left breast literally below the breast fold, therefore partially in my upper stomach area. We agreed prior to surgery that he would put in alederm to help hold up the implants & he unilaterally decided not to. The bottom line left me with the loss of my left breast fold & uneven breast. I couldn’t even wear a bra. He told me I should be ok with the results. When I told him I was far from ok he referred me to another plastic surgeon. Maybe he should have told me upfront that he wasn’t qualified to do this type of surgery.

I had a very nice appointment. Did not wait very long until my name was called. Robin was very pleasant as well as Dr. Pellegrino. Was kind of disappointed that the lump on my hip wasn’t to be removed. Unfortunately, I cannot afford removing the under eye bags, (I hate them so much). But that’s how life is, for me anyway. Other than that, it went very well.

Dr. Pellegrino was running late, so my appointment was late. I was worried that it would be rushed and none of my questions answered. That was not the case. Not once did I feel like he was in a hurry. He explained the surgery, recovery, etc. I was blown away at the professionalism of everyone.

Another good experience with Dr. Pellegrino. First time at the Millsboro office; as professional as Salisbury. The staff is excellent. Put me right at ease. The wine(for their event) helped too!

Dr.pelegreeno and his staff are great first time there and was made to feel very comfortable jody , Robin, courtney, Emily, treated me great as well as dr. Pellagreeno who took his time with me and explained everything to me. I would recommend this office.

Had a great experience with my consultation with Dr. Pellegrino. He and his staff were very nice and informative. His staff was also very understanding and so customer oriented when I called to say I was running late. Great first experience.
