I couldn’t have been more disappointed with my final results. I had a mastectomy in 2013 Dr Pellegrino replaced my worldwide recalled implants which required a Complete Capsulectomy replacing my implants in September 2019. The final outcome left me with my left breast literally below the breast fold therefore partially in my upper stomach area. We agreed prior to surgery that he would put in alederm to help hold up the implants he unilaterally decided not to. The bottom line left me with the loss of my left breast fold uneven breast. I couldn’t even wear a bra. He told me I should be ok with the results. When I told him I was far from ok he referred me to another plastic surgeon. Maybe he should have told me upfront that he wasn’t qualified to do this type of surgery.

The visit went well. Everything was great until I said the procedure was covered by my insurance. Never heard from his office again. Its sad that hes only concerned with money and not helping his patients livelihood.

Dr Pellegrino his wife Tiffany and the entire staff at peninsula plastic surgery have my full confidence in the services they provide. They are extremely knowledgeable extremely constientious and extremely skilled. They are always patient they take the time to explain the process and procedure but mostly they make sure that I am comfortable with the my choices. I would highly recommend a consultation whether it is cosmetic or clinical you will be pleased with the level of care and compassion.

Had a great experience with my consultation with Dr. Pellegrino. He and his staff were very nice and informative. His staff was also very understanding and so customer oriented when I called to say I was running late. Great first experience.

Dr. Pellegrino was running late so my appointment was late. I was worried that it would be rushed and none of my questions answered. That was not the case. Not once did I feel like he was in a hurry. He explained the surgery recovery etc. I was blown away at the professionalism of everyone.
