I've called your office twice and busy. I talked to your office yesterday about my test........as to what I need to do..........been to Peninsula Imaging twice and no doctors orders. They also changed my appointment from 8:45 am to 1 pm yesterday. I never received what I needed prior to appointment at Pen Img on Jan 6th and had to reschudle to the 13th??? Help, what do I do now? Dr. Khan is a great kidney doctor and he is taking care of my blood pressure, I was referred to him by my primary physician to double check and he increased dosages and have been fine ever since. Very good doctor would recommend him every day of the week.

Went to doctor khan for my kidneys he has been excellent every visit, my primary doctor sent me to him for a second opinion because of my blood pressure Was staying high doctor khan has been getting it under control and blood pressure gas been 20 points down since he has been taking care of me. This was my second visit to Dr. Khan. He was nice but did not call me by my name. I am a patient with a chronic disease and I wanted to be treated as such. There was minimal consultation (15 mins.) and very little explanation or discussion with me on the test results that he ordered for me. I did not like the approach and felt as if I or my disease was important. It is a challenge to find a Nephrologist that is knowledgeable or understands my disease. When I make an appointment I want and expect the physician to discuss my test results, advise me on continuing care, and make suggestions or recommendations to sustain or improve my condition. This was not done. I was not satisfied with his approach during my visit. I doubt that I will return to this physician.
