MIchael J Wagner Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Wagner has treated all three of my daughters over the course of many years and facial challenges! I've been amazed at how good they've been to us through the years. The staff rarely changes, which speaks highly of the office climate. Though oftentimes, very very busy, the front desk ladies are kind and flexible. We've had nothing but amazing experiences with the whole team, and my girls have and are on their way (currently) to GORGEOUS smiles.

I would give this four stars because there are many times when I called during business hours and nobody answered the phone, but honestly the customer service is otherwise so outstanding that I just had to give them five stars. I work as a receptionist, so I have been trained to give outstanding service to guests, so I expect the same when I go to give people my money for their services. This office has exceeded my high expectations. I have not gone there once for work to be done without Dr. Wagner making a point to stop and say hi. One thing that stood out was how one of the dental assistants made a mistake because the information that they were given was wrong. She let someone know, and they quickly corrected the mistake. What impressed me about this situation was how nobody tried to blame anyone; they were such good team members to each other, and focused more on quickly fixing the problem rather than getting defensive about it. I recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Wagner stuck by the quote that they had given me during my consultation. He even told me that although braces would help, I didn't necessarily need them. I tip my hat to the moral foundations that this company is based on. This office is a role-model company to anybody who wants to know how to have loyal, grateful customers.

My son would give them 1,000 gajillion million stars if he could. He just got braces and a palatal expander a couple of weeks ago. Braces are not very pleasant, but this office does a great job making it as painless and fun as possible. Can't say enough about how friendly everyone is. We picked this office after a recommendation from a dental hygienist who was getting treated there herself. We went to 4 other ortho places for quotes. Everyone had a slightly different approach, but Dr. Wagner seemed the most experienced - no nonsense - not out to rob you - really knowledgeable, and what he said made sense! We are SO happy here! The office - they don't have ipads to sign in on and you don't feel like you're stepping into a resort. It's nice to know your money is going toward the treatment and not office fluff.

I got a referral from a family dentist friend to see Dr. Michael Wagner. Despite my skepticism toward Orthodontists, I knew for my son's teeth, we better go. Our dentist had been telling us to do it for over a year. Making an appointment over the phone was simple. On appointment day, there was a PC for us to check into, with instructions for my son to brush his teeth with supplies provided. He was quickly called back for x-rays and we then met with the Dr for a consultation. He clearly explained why and when teeth need help. He talked me through various 'areas' in my son's x-rays to keep an eye on. He spent quite a bit of time making sure all our questions were answered. I expected him to tell us to get braces or a retainer. My younger son had a teeth grinding problem, and for him I expected to have to by a fancy night guard. Again, Dr. Wagner explained when teeth grinding is a 'real' problem, and at the rate my son's teeth were still falling out and moving around, fitting him for an expensive night guard wasn't the best solution. He gave me some other affordable and reasonable options. Anyway, it was refreshing to have a nice educational conversation about my kids teeth, a plan to keep an eye on them, and not automatically jumping to the expensive solutions. We have been back a couple more times, and the xrays are reviewed to make sure there is nothing we should be doing to make sure they all come out all right.
