Dr. Malik performed surgery in 2014 on my back. Fabulous outcome, great, pleasant staff then! A friend was referred to him this November and I told her he was the best. She got in on a cancellation on a Friday before Thanksgiving 2021 and was seen by an assistant, told she had three bad issues and she would be contacted the next Monday or Tuesday. She has not heard from them yet despite calling several times. It is now 12/29/21. What is wrong with this office? I had no problems before it was Tidal Health. I am embarrassed that I so highly recommended this office. Other people’s reviews also comment about the office staff.

Dr. Jacek Malik performed my PLIF back surgery this year and although recovery was slow but expected, I could not be more pleased with his council, recommendations and the surgical outcome. I highly recommend him and his surgical group.

Several years ago, Dr. Malik performed surgery on my neck for stenosis and bone spurs growing into my C4 and C6. I must admit that I was scared to death of this surgery but after speaking with him on several occasions, my fears were subsided. It's been nearly seven years and I have had no issues with my neck. I have a full-range of motion and I could not be more pleased. My recommendations come full-throated!!
