Although I left with only a referral to an ophthalmologist the staff was great and Dr. Norman took the time and extra steps to make sure she knew what was going on. She said she could probably sell me some readers now but wanted me to address underlying issues first. I’ll come back after that

I would recommend Dr. Karen A. Norman & Associates for optometry services. The scheduling and check in processes were user friendly. The entire staff was cordial and welcoming. Dr. Jaclyn Coyner examined me on 9/4/22. She listened to my concerns and treated me with utmost respect. She was confident in her ability to address my needs. Even the staff that were on the floor were warm and courteous. This business has a great environment which in turn leads to a great experience.

Dr. Karen A. Norman and her staff are one of a kind. I lost my glasses and needed a replacement and they made a same day appointment to get me some contacts that I could wear immediately afterwards. They were kind and courteous as well as extremely detail oriented and efficient. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Coyner was amazing. Finding treatment for a corneal abrasion on the weekend was stressful, but her office saw us 30 minutes after calling. What a relief it was to have A+ treatment and prescriptions right away from caring doctors.

The most personable doctor I have ever worked with; she actually listened and was genuinely concerned. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor- Look no further she’s fabulous, cares and is knowledgeable!
