Additional Hair Clinic's Online Review Report Card

I called as a potential first time client this morning and what i assume was the owner tells me that he is not taking on any new clients at this time, what kind of business is this. Please update your website so we don't waste our time...

Unfortunately experience with Stan was bad enough for me to write this review. As a personable person I expect people in this industry to be friendly, caring, and to have a certain level of professionalism. All in all I just expect people providing this kind of service to be a decent person. Stan did not have any of the above qualities. He was reserved and there was a heavy feeling of judgement hanging in the room (which is the last feeling you want when dealing with hair loss). In addition to Stan's personality his work space was messy, dirty, and it was clear that none of his materials had been replaced in a while. While removing my hair system he made my scalp bleed and needed to switch out clippers twice. I left Additional Hair immediately looking for a new place to take my business. I booked an appointment elsewhere for the next week. Upon going there they were shocked at how poorly the work was done. Maybe Stan's work is acceptable for some people, but I expect to be treated how others would expect me to treat them and ideally to not draw blood during the appointment. If Stan is your only option I would still recommend staying away... do it yourself. Not only will it be cheaper, but at least you'll do a better job than him.

After doing a lot of research and looking into multiple companies about what I could do to "fix" my receding hair line, I took a chance and contacted Stan at the Additional Hair Clinic. He was very accommodating to my schedule and very professional. I am younger and have always been shy and embarrassed about my hairline. He had me come in for a consultation one afternoon and walked me through the procedure. We talked about my active lifestyle and what the best option would be for about 45 minutes. He informed me that it would be 2-4 weeks to get the "unit" and it would look completely natural. After reading the reviews about this from other companies; I was very skeptical about what the outcome would look like. I've been going to Stan for 3 months now and making this decision has completely changed my life. He is amazing at what he does and the follow up appointments I have to go to every 4 weeks is about the same as anyone with hair would do on a regular basis to get their hair done at a salon. He has me in and out in under an hour. There is a parking garage behind his building that only costs me a dollar every time I go to see him. I have recommended him to all of my friends that have an issue with their hair and I would recommend him to anyone!

Stan told me that it was on its way back to him from being made and that I could come in the following week for him to put on. It was exactly 2 weeks since my first consultation so I didn't have to wait the full 4 weeks. It was absolutely amazing and so natural looking (it is real hair) that everyone in my office just assumed that I let my hair grow out because it wasn't an EXTREME change. To sum things up, making this decision has completely changed my life. Stan is amazing at what he does. I have had great experiences working with Stan at Additional Hair. I stronly recommend it to anyone suffering from hair loss.
