Had a Great experience during my beard and hair transplant , the doctor was very professional and personal at the same time, they kept me updated on what to do on how to take care of the hair post procedure . Today is only the first day since getting the hair transplant and looking to possibly also do the PRP , but excited for the results , ANAGEN is a great team! Thank you all

Her exceptional customer service, efficiency and overall knowledge, won me over. Once I made the decision to move forward with the procedure, she immediately arranged my consults, appointment, pre prep, prescription etc and she remained efficient and consistent in her communication with me throughout the entire process, sometimes even working after hours. She continued to consistently check in with me after my surgery was complete, even on a holiday 🥰. She’s one of the most patient and kindest person I’ve encountered. My Doctor Al Tariq Harris, was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and has great bedside manners. He made sure that I was always aware of what to expect in every step of the process, he constantly checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I remained comfortable and at ease. He patiently answered every question I could think of. The team who assisted Dr Al Tariq Harris with my surgery (Melinda and Javier) were exceptional, professional, very patient and very kind. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable simply because the entire team stayed attentive, maintained great energy and they even had me laughing, since they all have a great sense of humor, which helped to calm my nerves. I’m truly impressed by this team and how easy they made this experience for me. As I await the results of my procedure, my healing process have been much easier than I expected and I can honestly say I have no regrets thus far. So far so good. Al Tarik is simply the best. Andéa was super helpful the whole way through and Al Tarik did an amazing job! He’s the only one I’d trust for the procedure and his team is the best. I’m a middle aged white guy that looks 10+ years younger thanks to Al Tarik and his team. If you’re patient (takes 6 months to see the true results) and have reasonable expectations you will be 100% with your decision to use Al Tarik. I would have travelled across the country to use him but luckily I didn’t have to. Thank you so much!
