If I could give Dr Ahsan even more stars, I wouldn’t hesitate. He is so knowledgable and his bedside manner is above and beyond. He pays attention to details, explains everything in a great way and makes sure you understand. You never feel rushed in his office. He is the best Carsiologist I ever met.

He fit me in and had to conduct a lot testing. He was reassuring and thorough. He took a lot of time with me. His staff was wonderful too. Great doctor with a wonderful bedside manor.

My husband was referred to Dr. Ahsan (it is his last name) by our family doctor for a pre-op cardiac screening. His first visit was a long one and not invasive so I didn't go with him, but asked that he text me his progress. I was a little surprised when I got a text enthusiastically saying that Dr. Ahsan was "very nice!". I went with Rich the next day for a follow-up visit and got to meet Dr. Ahsan and his staff. Rich was right, Dr. Ahsan is very nice and better yet, very thorough. His staff is also fantastic. The waiting room is large and the seating spaced nicely. There is a television and a picture window that allows a lot of sunlight and has some absolutely gorgeous orchids on the window sill, grown and nurtured by one of the staff. You overlook some of old town Takoma Park so can admire the structure of the older homes. I liked the way Dr. Ahsan interacted with Richard, and also with me, asking my input on some follow-up. The only demerits I would give, and they aren't the offices fault, are that the office is on the Adventist Hospital's property so parking can be an issue. Also the building itself is not ideal, the elevator is scary! But I think they will be moving to the new location off of Cherry Hill and Route 29. We will be doing follow-up with Dr. Ahsan and happy to have him on our medical team.

I have known Dr. Ahsan since I had triple heart bypass. I have found him to be one of my most favorite doctors. The words I have for him have always been very favorable whenever he has had to do any kind of tests to make sure everything related to my heart is working well. I always, and I mean always, leave his office very satisfied with my visit. I am 86 years old and had surgery in 2000. I believe I started going to him in 2002. I have no intention of changing this doctor.

Dr. Ahsan took care of my father and mother for many years and now takes care of just my mother. His abilities are second to none! He has become a personal friend of the family and will treat you with dignity and respect.
