May 28, 2021 Chesapeake Urology 3801 International Dr. Suite 310 Silver Spring, Maryland 20906 To whom it may concern: My name is James Iciek. I am a patient of Dr. Mary Ellen Richie as well as, Dr, Anup A. Vora. Earlier this year I was sent to Dr. Vora by Dr. Richie to determine whether I needed a Cystoscopy procedure. I met with Dr. Vora and he explained my options it terms I could understand. We agreed that the Cystoscopy procedure was the best way to go. Dr. Vora and his staff handled the procedure as well as the follow up visit seamlessly. In today’s world it is hard enough to find someone who just does their job without excuses. When you come across an individual that not only does their job but does it in such a first- class and professional way, that needs to be recognized and commended. I hope I will not need this procedure again, but if I do, you can be assured, I will request Dr. Vora. I want to thank Dr. Vora for helping me deal with a Kidney Stone. He was understanding and returned my calls answering in a timely fashion. I also want to thank Porchia Butler, RN for your patience and making me feel comfortable before, during and after my procedure.

Dr. Vora took the time to listen to everything i as a patient needed to say and explained everything to me to make sure i understood all my options. I would recommend him and his staff for any procedures you may be considering in the future. Professional and caring staff.

Dr. Vora, and his staff were very professional. From the time i walked in the office for my appointment to the time i left, they made me feel comfortable and safe in their hands.

Arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. At 9:00 I asked how much longer it would be.vi was told the doctor would be in at 9:15. They have no policy to notify patient if Dr is running late. I really like the doctor, but this is not the first time this has happened. When I complained, the front desk person can was rude and didn't seem to understand my frustration.
