Marleny and Francesca make the administrative, office management, and billing process efficient and effortless. They are both enthusiastic, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Tony provided the best dental cleaning I've had in many years. I had my first teeth whitening with unbelievable results. He did an excellent job. Dr. Bikoi cares about her patient's dental health and dental education. She replaced all of my previous dental fillings to match the exact color of my teeth. The process was easy, and her cheerful disposition helped. All of this could not be possible without the help of Ashley and Desiree to assist. Ashley and Desiree work beside Dr. Bikoi to make being in a dental chair a delightful and painless experience. They are both very knowledgeable, cheerful and provide outstanding customer service.

I didn't realize that a luxury dentistry was a thing, UNTIL i CAME HERE! Everyone is EXTREMELY professional and kind here. From the moment I walked through the door, the receptionists were both eager to assist me. The ambiance in this facility is so tranquil and zen that I was at ease my entire appointment. The doctors and dental hygenists are VERY knowledgable, and ensure that I understand everything about my dental health, best practices for maximizing my dental health, offered me something to drink, and did NOT make me feel pressured or shame during my visit. My cleaning felt like a spa experience, and I was in shock with how therapeutic the experience was. There was soothing music playing, I laid on a massage bed (super comfy) for my cleaning, a weighted eye cover was used tgo protect my eyes, and I almost fell asleep because the dentist was so gentle and I was so comfortable... it even ended with a gum massage! The aesthetic of this facility is impeccable, and align with a spa! I am very excited to be a regular at this dental practice, and I LOOK FORWARD to future appointments!

I just want to start off by saying this place of business is amazing ,Professional, and top tier! I enjoyed everything from the ambiance to the wonderful customer service entering through the front door .Dr Bikoi is extremely kind and educated me on what needed to be worked on every step of the way .There was also a young lady at the front desk by the name of Jeanne who was very pleasant and made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Artistic Family Dentistry we will be back soon! I highly recommend everyone to Please come here you will have a great experience as well .

I want this stay anonymous because I do not want this office or any staff to contact me , I came in for a consult in the month of May through a 3rd party and I honestly regret it please do not get me wrong i have seen this doctor work her work is amazing but the attitude of that doctor towards her employees is very 1. unprofessional 2. Disrespectful 3. Disgusting. This is actually my second time trying to attempt an appointment to actually be seen the first time I went the wait time was horrible the lack of communication between the staff or the doctor whatever the case is, is horrible and I feel terribly sorry for the two receptionist in the front which who thankful I got both of their names Marlenie and Yoselin they tried their very best to communicate with me every 5-10 minutes I can tell they were both embarrassed and also sorry for having me wait as a new patient they tried their best to make me feel comfortable and to reassure me of my visit unfortunately I had to Reschedule moving forward to my returning appointment Once again The lovely Front desk and the assistant Desir I believe her name is made me feel comfortable and happy about coming back to my appointment. However the Doctor is very nice when she comes to you and speaks to you and evaluate you she makes you feel great but one thing about me I can not respect a person who is unappreciative of her staff and that talks behind their back to another staff member and also be so money hungry !!! I over heard the doctor as I was walking towards the bathroom tell the front desk to make sure to charge me extra or add etc because she needed money she has a lot to pay and I stood there long enough to be able to over hear that and that made me want to leave the office so quickly it disgusted me as a doctor you want to be able to provide the best to your pt and help them no matter what the cost and I have so much to say but I’m sure I am better off leaving this message here . I absolutely appreciate marlenie and Yoselin so much again for being so great and nice to me I wish them the best in their career.

Having recently moved, finding new medical providers is always a daunting task. My previous outstanding dentist took the fear out of dentistry for me, as it was pleasure to go for my oral care. After much searching of reviews, I found Artistic Family Dentistry. Dr. Bikoi, Tony and team are simply outstanding and show a level of empathy that is rare to find. They took the extra time to introduce me to the practice, which is very much like a spa and relaxing atmosphere, a review of my dental needs and went the extra mile to review any of my questions and concerns. So if you are in need of a dentist within the Silver Spring area (or even if you are further away, they are worth the trip), this is the place to go!

There was a bit of a mixup with scheduling. However, staff was attentive, called me, and resolved the situation. I appreciate the attentiveness, care, friendliness, and professionalism of Dr. Bikoi and her staff and am very happy with services provided.

Dr. Bikoi and her staff are wonderful. I went in to get my four wisdom teeth extracted and the doctor was very thoughtful and explained the whole process before doing the surgery. They make sure that I was not in pain and comfortable during the surgery and post surgery. They are very attentive and caring. I highly recommend this practice. It is very aesthetic and fill up with professionalism.

Very calming and professional practice. They had a piano player performing in the waiting room and it made me feel more comfortable and calm before my appointment.
