Anywhere Dr. Abdi is guaranteed to have me as a patient. She’s super professional, amazing bedside manner, efficient, knowledgeable and she creates such a comfortable and amazing dental experience! Almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist. ALMOST!

The staff and dentist are welcoming and helpful. I actually enjoyed going there to have my teeth taken care of. They are very busy, but always take the time needed to be sure that your teeth get the care needed.

I took my mom there and we are very happy with the service considering her complicated case. Dr Abdi is the best! She and her assistant Tisha explained the options and provided affordable solution. Jazmyn at the front desk was also great! Many thanks!

I was well received and treated with care. The staff reassured me during the whole dental (wisdom teeth) surgery. They answered all my written questions (due to the oral numbness) post-surgery.

My teeth had so much work to be done. As soon I had h my scan done I was told what to do and it was breakdown done for me in the way I could understand. Dr. McLaughlin & her assistant Tigist were an absolute delight. They were patient kind and very helpful. The front desk Jazmen is always polite and ready to assist in the best way. Will totally recommend.

*Violation of HIPAA Rights and Unacceptable Office Conditions Rating: 0/5 I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about my experience with Aspen Hill General & Cosmetic Dentistry. In May of 2024, my daughter visited for a new patient appointment, but the office shockingly violated my HIPAA rights. *Issues:* 1. HIPAA Violation: They pulled my chart and x-rays, sharing my personal information with my daughter without consent. 2. Unsanitary Conditions: Equipment shows corrosion/rust, chairs and reception area lack cushions, holes in walls covered with plexiglass. 1. Unprofessional Staff: - Dentist consistently smells like outside. - Receptionists are incompetent, failing to schedule appointments and neglecting follow-up calls. - Redundant questions about dental plans. 1. Bait-and-Switch Pricing: - Dentist switches roles without notification, charging separate copayments for general dentistry and periodontal services. *Specific Incident:* During my daughter's appointment, they realized mid-way through that they had pulled my chart by mistake. When I inquired about my chart's status, they couldn't provide answers. *Additional Concerns:* - Long hold times (45 minutes). - Lack of communication regarding treatment approvals. I urge Aspen Hill General & Cosmetic Dentistry to address these serious issues and prioritize patient confidentiality, safety and satisfaction.
