I had asked for a full body scan. But when she came in, she asked me about my biggest concern, and we dealt with that. Then she asked me what other concerns I had, and she resolves those, but she never actually did examine my full body.

Was seen very quickly, appointment was thorough and Dr. Wagenseller was very personable and listened to my questions and concerns as we discussed my options.

Dr Wagenseller knows her stuff knows the patient that she is treating and visits are on point and complete.

During and appointment with my Endocrinologist, I asked if she by chance could recommend to me a Dermatologist, one in which she would see if in need of dermatology care. She immediately recommended Dr. Aubrey Wagenseller located in Silver Spring, Maryland. Knowing that I am a Virginia resident, my Endo asked whether or not I would mind traveling to Silver Spring, Maryland for medical care. I am the type of individual who will go to the ends of the earth to obtain subject matter expert (SME) medical care without hesitation. She expressed to me that Dr. Wagenseller is extremely thorough, professional, and her approach is to determine what the root cause is of a condition. When I contacted Dr. Wagenseller unfortunately for me, she had just gone on family leave and was not due back to the office until October. I contacted her office a few months prior and was more than willing to wait until her return to her practice. Needless to say, I am so pleased that I waited for her return availability. From the moment I entered the Silver Spring location, I was warmly greeted by the Front Office Medical Staff. This initial interface resulted in a positive and relaxing front office experience. The staff’s professional and congenial tone was unwavering throughout my entire interaction during the course of my appointment with Dr. Wagenseller; all presenting themselves in a positive, courteous and professional manner. I am very appreciative of the well-equipped facility, the user-friendly on-line patient access portal, the cleanliness of the waiting rooms and examination rooms, as this entire experience further instilled a sense of confidence in this practice. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the pleasant experience encompassing patient respect, promptness, and professional care afforded to me by Dr. Wagenseller and her staff. Hardly any wait at all to get to see her!

I was seen very quickly and the doctor was able to briefly explain her observations. It sounded like a busy afternoon, so I felt like the consultation was a bit rushed. The doctor laid out a couple other options but didn’t explain fully why they would or would not work. I received sufficient information to proceed overall.
