The staff are exceptional! They welcome you and are so easy to speak to. They work with you to get your needs met on time. Dr. Charlene Ozanne-Johnson is the absolute BEST. She takes the time to listen and will answer your questions without speaking down to you. She describes the problem with ease and makes you feel so much better. She refers you to the best doctor you need. I have been referred to several doctors by her and are very well pleased with the care I received. The Clinic is clean and well taken care of. I feel I get the best care from Dr. Johnson and her staff.

As a new patient, I found some of the patient flow (i.e. stand here, sit over there, check in QR or in person) confusing but I don't anticipate such in the future. Dr. Ozanne-Johnson is friendly, respectful and a good listener. Since this was a "get to know you" first visit, there wasn't much medically to discuss other than transfer of prescriptions from my former physician's practice. Her medical assistant Kim was welcoming and efficient.

Every aspect of this visit was positive. MedStar Health in Leisure World takes great care with their patients, regardless of how busy they are. The front desk was prompt and courteous, the nurse was caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Johnson has been my primary care internist for years and I can't say enough about my positive experiences in her care. She is very knowledgeable, as well as friendly and caring. She listens to everything I want to ask her about and my concerns about my health, and offers wise, encouraging suggestions. Thank you.

Was the PCM for my mother for many years and brushed aside all of her complaints of not feeling well. My mother recently learned she has stage 4 lung cancer. Thank you Dr Johnson for your lack of oversight and expertise.

Listens to you. Exelent doctor. Hard to find such a good doctor. Doesn’t over prescribe. Take blood test to make sure you are getting the proper dose of medication.
