I had a very negative experience at Fenton Family Dental recently and have been looking at reviews carefully in hopes of finding a new Silver Spring dental office to call home — and I'm a little giddy that I think I stumbled on it! Cannot say enough good things about my first impression getting a cleaning with Dr. Lucombe. The staff is friendly and efficient; I was in the dental chair within 5 minutes of walking in the front door; the office is clean and neat; Dr. Lucombe was very transparent and kind, didn't try to pressure me into anything, was gentle, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job. Also as an added layer, I'm nonbinary and my name doesn't yet match the name on my insurance/driver's license, which tends to get mixed reactions — but the staff here was so understanding, it meant a lot. Nothing but good vibes here!! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Lucombe for over a decade. He and Cordell are just wonderful. Professional, warm and caring, upfront and transparent. They have conquered my fear and dislike of dental procedures. I highly recommend.
