Dr. Brock, is excellent, love 💘 her. I have a sensitive teeth and she takes time in cleaning. I have been using the wrong toothpaste for years and she advised me to stopped buying toothpaste that has whitening which has caused my teeth to be sensitive. Dr. I will surely take your advised.

Military app throught QTC. Sat for 20 minutes. No one in sight. I called and knocked on the door. No response. Was about to leave when out of no where someone comes out from one of the rooms in the back tells me to fill out the same forms i filled out on line. Im thinking, was this person just ignoring the calls and my knocking this whole time? I never had issues with LHI. This place needs to be dropped from QTC's list.

Please don’t come here for service. If your appointment got booked through QTC just reschedule it. I showed up and the office is closed. I called a day prior to confirm my appointment and they told me that everything is ok. I’m here and the office is closed with no explanation or warning.

Military booked my appointment here for 1045 am. I drove an hour to get here and arrived around 1036 and the entire office is locked, lights off, no one inside. Their hours say they should be opened by 10:00 am, and I called just to see if I’m at a wrong office and no answer. Called the military system to let them know and they tried calling them as well and no answer. Waste of time and unprofessional

Went to my military dental appointment here, the whole process took about 30 minutes. The dentist was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is metered parking, but I recommend parking in the garage down the street (about a 5 minute walk) and it cost about 3 dollars

Military has contracted this place for appointments (QTC). Definitely one of the worst places I’ve been. No AC, just a fan, severely overbooked, stacks of papers everywhere, no front desk person, staff isn’t friendly. There is a parking garage to which I’ll dedicate this one star too. Come with very low expectations and ample time to wait.

I enjoyed my 1st visit to this office. The office was modern & clean. The staff and lead assistant were nice and Dr. Brock was very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my dental concerns. Tamia M.
