My experience with the cvr group is wonderful. when I tell you when I first walk in the door I was greeted. Then my wait wasn’t long at all. The nurse call me back and she was so nice and caring. Omg! The care was excellent. After that I seen more nurses and they was also excellent. Then after that the doctor came he explained what was going on and not to worry and do what he say I will be ok. Soon I left I was so exited I brag to my sister how the care was amazing and how I told her I never received care like this. Thank you so much for everything

My Daughter and I were very pleased. The young man that did the test was very polite he let me know when I might feel discomfort which never happened he also thanked my daughter for being with me. The nurse and Doctor after were both very polite in giving me the feed back from my test. I already knew about my swelling of my feet had been told what I had this Doctor just confirmed it.I was told there was no cure but I will start Treatment to try getting the swelling down in both feet.my family was concerned because of the swelling I can't put most of shoes people are always asking why they areso swollen that is the most disturbing for me to have to explain they have never swollen this bad.I just hope the Treatment will help so I can at least wear my shoes.

Through Doctor's advice, went to Center for Vein Restoration in Silver Spring, MD. The entire Staff was helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. Very professional two-part exam. Doctor Eddie Fernandez has excellent Staff and he is very professional. Will return in a few months. Recommended highly!

In short, they're great! I appreciate their patience when answering my questions (I didn’t feel rushed.) and their genuine interest in my care (I felt like a patient...not a chart or number). This is why I will go back and recommend them to my network. 🙂

The personnel was very friendly and made us feel good. The doctors and nurses were very helpful and examples everything that needed to be done and why. They made it simple to understand the problem and what had to be done to correct. Highly recommend.

The doctors are good. But the office lacks customer service that is needed to correct their mistake. I was informed by one of the staff who was in charge of my care that the compression socks the doctor ordered was covered by my insurance. With that understanding I ordered the socks through them. Later I got a bill from them for $156 for two pairs of socks. Which I would have gotten the Same pair from the same company for $28 each. I called the billing department to make corrections as I was informed by the staff that they were covered. Billing department stated that I have to pay for them as I have not met my deductible. And told me that it was my fault. I asked to be connected to the office manager Kacey who initially Agreed that this has nothing to do with deductible and that she will handle it with my insurance and the Socks company. She never called back. Kacey the office manager was either on a break or not in the office every time I call to follow up. Still I have not heard back from her ( where are you Kacey )Unfortunately the cost of that is now a financial burden to me. These will be the most expensive socks I will ever own. It would have been one thing if I agreed to it.However best response I got when I asked who I can complain to. The answer was " oh we don't have any e-Mail / person you you can submit your complaints to. You can go to our website and you can submit your complaint there. "My only suggestion for whoever is reading this is to get checked out but don't order anything from them. Or better yet look for another place that wants you as their patient.As for me I have canceled my next appointment with them.

I loved the attitude! I went to check my veins just in case, and even though there was nothing to treat, they addressed all my concerns. Definitely recommend! (again, there was nothing to treat, so I cannot say that they saved my life, but I'd definitely go to them again if something)
