If you want your phone broken and to experience hostility, Elite Dental is the place to go. Dr. Walker "mistakenly" knocked my phone out of my hand in the hallway, causing damage to the screen. I don’t have insurance on my phone, but I have a warranty—though my carrier won’t cover the damage because it’s physical. I took a repair quote back to the facility, only to be met with hostility instead of any effort to resolve the issue. Dr. Walker later sent me this email: "I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dr Walker, and I was the treating dentist that saw you last Friday. While attempting to dismiss you after your hygiene exam, you bumped into me in your zeal to get out of the chair, thus dropping your phone. I understand accidents happen, but I am not sure how that translates into me paying for your phone, especially when you do not have a protective case. I never saw the condition of the phone before this incident or after the incident. Furthermore, I don’t feel comfortable treating you, and I will send you your X-rays and records since I can no longer treat you here. I hope you can respect that. You can call your insurance company to find another provider who accepts your insurance. Respectfully, Khalfani Walker, DMD" This email is full of lies. First, I didn’t bump into him—it happened in the hallway, not while I was "getting out of the chair." Second, the condition of my phone has nothing to do with this situation. Trying to blame me for not having a protective case is ridiculous. When I tried to address the matter calmly with the manager, Ari, she lacked the emotional intelligence and tact to handle the situation appropriately. From the start, she was defensive and dismissive. Then, without any justification, she called the cops on me. I didn’t threaten anyone or act inappropriately. It’s clear they just wanted to intimidate me and avoid accountability. This place is a joke. If you want to risk having your property damaged and being treated like this, by all means, go to Elite Dental. Make sure to hand over your phone before stepping in, though—who knows what they’ll break next. Hopefully, it’s only your phone and not your teeth.

I’ve been a client of this dental clinic for many years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Every visit has been a wonderful experience. The doctor is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making each appointment comfortable and even enjoyable. The staff here are warm, attentive, and clearly committed to patient care. On top of that, the clinic is always spotless, which gives me confidence in their high standards for cleanliness and safety. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a more complex procedure, I know I’m in good hands here

Review is based on front desk and assistance staffs who haven't done their jobs properly and tried to cover their mistakes arrogantly, not doctors. The worst and unethical dental center that I have ever met that focus on grabbing of money without any professional communication, enough time for discussion and cares to the customer. I am told by phone today that they don't care about me and go anywhere, shocking words. They are really poor in customer relationship. They aren't up to date on handling customers compliants. Two decades back.

Been coming for years and the consistently in service and professionalism is unmatched. Would gladly recommend anyone to this practice!

The office is clean and has a very warm atmosphere. The front desk staff are kind and friendly. I never seen that kind of welcoming environment at a dental office. My next review will be the work done to my mouth:-)

I went there for a routine cleaning. They told me that because I have plaque on my teeth, they would have to charge me $140 (I have great insurance) to clean off the plaque and then I would have to make another appointment to have a cleaning. They would not clean my teeth. I was like, huh? Aren't you supposed to clean the plaque for the cleaning? This place is a huge scam. DO NOT book an appointment with Elite Dental. Run away.

I have been going to this dental practice for years. I have had several crowns (including one on a front tooth). Everyone is so professional, but more importantly, their clinical expertise is excellent! Everyone there, from the dentists, to dental assistants, hygentists, billing and front desk are so pleasant and make the experience even better. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

If you are looking for a dentist and office staff who are professional then you need to keep looking. I went for my first appointment and it was fine. I went back a few weeks later to schedule an appointment for invisalign. The office was having a party in the lobby and laughed me out of the waiting room. I went back a month later to schedule the appointment and it was made.But after my appointment they misquoted me by $4000 for the service.So I declined today.I was supposed to have a cleaning and when I showed up at my appointment.There are no dental hygentist.I never received a message.I will not be returning again. Please establish yourself with a dentist that will treat you and your time with respect .

Other than one particular rude,sarcastic, disrespectful employee the rest of the staff and my service experiences have been great. Highly recommend ✨️
