I can't recommend Dr. Gumbs enough. I am deathly afraid of having dental procedures done and she does everything she can to put me at ease. She is kind, patient, and professional, and works with my insurance company to get me the best coverage possible. When that fails, she helps me work within my budget. She cares about dental health more than profits. I would recommend her to everyone. Shout out to Ruth at the front desk too.

I Love Dr Gumbs! What I love most is her gentle touch, I am never in any pain. She is so kind and pleasant, caring and encouraging. Dr Gumbs is thorough and offers great advice. She respects my personal preferences without issue. I have been a patient for over a year now! I have had 3 routine appointments in that time and each appointment has been wonderful! Conveniently located, adorable office space, lovely professional building, great staff! I love the receptionist Ms Ruth and the Dental Assistant Ms Nelly. So thankful I found this dentist's office!

I've been going to Dr. Gumbs for four years now. She's been very pleasant, very informative & is quick. She'll tell it how it is based on your dental health. Everytime I've had a great experience & she has consistently found solutions to my questions and problems pertaining to my dental health.

I visited this place once and said I would never return because of the disgustingly rude receptionists at this place. I called today to get my documents forwarded to my new dentist. The receptionist let out a huge sigh and was irritated all because I asked a question on getting my information. Clearly I made the right decision. If the receptionist is miserable at her mediocre, low skill job, maybe she should find a new one instead of being unnecessarily rude to people.

This was my first time today. I was very impressed with the clean environment, professional staff. Dr. Gumb was very precise/ detailed pertaining to my overall dental experience. I was impressed, and pleased with my experience

Staff did not let me in the office until 5 minutes before my appt. They saw me standing outside and continued to answer phones and ignore me while I waited outside. No apologies. When I enter the office I have 3 pages of paperwork to fill out that could've been sent to me prior. I'm being badgered to fill them out faster when I would've loved to fill them out prior or in the 15 minutes I was waiting outside. Then the office manager has no clue what to do with my insurance. After a 1 minute phone call, I have it figured out and they're still confused. Beyond unprofessional. And the office reeks of sulfur.
