I went in due to some eye irritation, waited 45+ minutes (in the patient room) to see the doctor, and then was told to buy new glasses with no acknowledgment of my eye irritation. I reiterated many times that I never wear my glasses unless I have eye irritation (which is why they were outdated prescriptions). All I wanted was for a doctor to examine my eye irritation and then provide a recommendation on how to treat it. I did appreciate the friendliness of the individuals at the front desk but am disappointed that I was at the office for 2 hours with not a lot of help on what I wanted

I am still waiting to see the Dr almost one hour. They put me in but I am waiting for so long. They put many patients for one Dr . I do t k is for his long more I have to wait.

Felt extremely rushed, and on top of that the prescription they gave me was wrong. Total waste of time and money

I love American Eye Care Center. The staff is welcoming. They do their best to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Dr. P. is patient, knowledgeable, understanding and calm. He explains everything. I recommend this center for your eye care.

Wasted 2hrs that I can’t get back. Literally got my eyes dilated and sat in the exam room for 45 mins, while the doctor sat next door and was casually on the phone. He walked in the room and said I’ll be right back. Never showed up until I asked for my co pay back. Then proceeded to walk me back to the exam room and to tell me it isn’t going to take long to review my file…at that point I felt rush and I decided to get my refund and left. If I could give this place no stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money paying the parking meter!

Receptionist/phone receiver does not listen to your needs. Only rushed to make an appointment. They only complete eye exams for glasses. Not all eye needs are covered. They need to hire someone who understands English, not the male Receptionist. Complete waste of time and money for parking.

We travel 24 miles to be seen at this business for exemplary customer service and fantastic selections of eyeglasses; great options for children.

Dr. Peracha have been treating me for years for my eye issues. He is great at what he does and if he can't figure it out, he will recommend you to see one of his colleagues to help him get to the bottom of what is going on. Dr. Peracha and his staff are all great. I highly recommend American Eye Care Center!!

My referral appointment slot was accepted 1.5 hours from my urgent care visit, and upon arrival I was seen within an hour despite being a new patient. The staff was informative but cordial. I've never been to an ophthalmologist before, so I would have appreciated more of an explanation for the various tests and instruments the staff used. This is a minor complaint, though, since I was never afraid or overwhelmed.
