I feel compelled to leave a review because Dr. Brown was that good. I checked in which was so simple and the front desk was so kind. I feel like this is the weakest part of most doctor offices - the front desk personnel. But not here - she was pleasant and competent. I was seen within minutes of arriving, also a weakness of many doctor's offices - the long wait. Not here! The assistant was excellent too. Kind, personable, and explained everything he was going to do. And then finally, Dr. Brown. Listened, wasn't rushed at all, answered all of my questions. And even though it was just a regular annual, he left room for any concerns I had which I got all fixed in one visit. Other providers didn't allow me to do this unless I was willing to also have a sick visit along with my annual visit. His bedside manner is just the perfect level for a doctor: respectful, calm, and not rushed. I have been searching for the right primary care doc who also had an office that was run well and I found it! Oh and I was able to get an appointment online -super simple. I uploaded insurance, license, etc online. Everything was so simple and modern. A+, Dr. Brown and staff!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Brown, but instead I saw a physician assistant. That's misrepresentation because when I booked I was told I would see him. The physician assistant ordered a bunch of random blood work and prescribed a medication. She couldn't even get authorization for the medication because CVS never filled it. I feel cheated and I wouldn't encourage anyone to book with Brown. I had to bring my tests results to another doctor for evaluation.

Dr. Brown was always an excellent physician. If he quit, I am sure it was with good reason. I only wish I knew where he went.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown's for about 10 years. I am FURIOUS that he walked into the office and just quit. He didn't care enough about his patients to give Johns Hopkins a 2 week notice. I was alerted to the situation after I submitted an Rx refill. I do not recommend him.
