Horrible experience…11 yr patient telling you that their service has gone down the drain. The empathy and care I had grown to love over the years is no longer there. Now they just want you to come in as many times as possible to collect the insurance $. I had the most unpleasant experience today. I made an appointment days ago because of discomfort in my mouth instead i left after being told they “did not have time” to complete the procedure after explaining that the pain was so bad it was impacting my vision I was told “there is no infection so no prescription” for pain management. The appointment should have never been booked if they didn’t have time to fully address the situation. It’s sad that I had this experience but I have to be honest about how disappointed I am in today’s lack of care at Dr. Lee’s office. If you want a team that actually cares about your health don’t go here. What I experienced today was careless and unacceptable. Do not leave your dental care in their hands. They do not care about you .
My appointment was with the Dental Hygienist. Kathleen was very encouraging, thorough, & informative
No pain every time! (Filling & repair)
I needed to have a filling redone. Dr Lee determined that I didn't even need numbing to have it done. I was in and out...pain free...in no time.
Dr. Lee was thorough in responding to my problem and staff was helpful and friendly.
This is an awesome dental clinic. They are very good and expert in what they do. Very honest. Staff extremely nice. Clinic is super clean. They won't over charge you. Very courteous. Been going here 3 years now. Plenty of parking.
This place, like many dentists we've come across, unfortunately, is a total scam. Doctor is insanely unprofessional and rude, maybe he only does this to clients he deems "unworthy" because my mom was attempting to use her Kaiser plan. We did our research ahead of time and called to make sure they accept the insurance (and they were listed in the Kaiser database as accepting the plan) and they said yes. When she actually got to the appointment, the receptionist said they actually don't take the insurance and everything will be cash price. After doing the x-ray, the doctor asked if she flosses and brushes regularly. She answered affirmatively and he scoffed, saying "I'm just telling it how I see it. How are these results of regular brushing and flossing?" He said her teeth were teeming with bacteria and plaque and she would need a deep cleaning. He said without that, she would continue to lose what little bone she had left. He insisted she would need to come every 3 months for these intense cleanings. Now, prior to COVID my mom had been going to the dentist every 6 months and post-COVID, every year. No dentist had ever mentioned poor oral hygiene, though they had mentioned she had some slight bone loss, which would just be monitored. She ended up going to another place for a second opinion that actually took the plan and they confirmed she did not need a deep cleaning and just did the routine cleaning. He also said there were all sorts of decay and pits that needed to be filled. The dentist's whole dismissive methodology and the receptionist's inept work and bait and switch regarding the insurance just reeks of scummy, unethical practices.

I am a new patient, this is about my 4th treatment. Dr. Lee is focused and direct, is willing to listen and treate the concern of the patient. I had a flyer in my apartment mail box, Dr. Lee`s office is located in the basement of my building.
Dr. Lee went over my expectations, I had been very impressed with the examination, dedication, attention and focus on my dental needs and he convey a great insight with his approach to my dental condition and I feel very confident to comeback for my final treatment. Blessings to all Dr Lee staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
