Dr. Park and his immediate staff were fantastic—they were professional, attentive, and made my procedure go as smoothly as possible. I truly appreciate their care and expertise. However, the front desk staff was a completely different experience. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and downright lazy, making the administrative side of my visit unnecessarily frustrating. After my procedure, when I was in significant pain and could barely move my mouth, they told me I had to call the doctor myself for follow-up questions. Their lack of compassion and effort was shocking and made an already difficult situation even worse. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Park and his team deserve better representation.

Dr Goorah and her staff are friendly and professional and thorough. I highly recommend them. Tiglts helped me a lot and was wonderful

Today visit was very special for me the team Dr Khatra, assistants Sam and Christianna treated me like a princess. Very nice to me.

I took my daughter to this office for her braces. The doctor was super nice but the front lady Yadi was terrible. My daughter had her upper brace on July 19. The office did not file the claim correctly. However, Yadi insisted on that my insurance did not cover my daughter's braces. The braces are expensive. I will never do it if my insurance does not cover it. I took my daughter to this office in Sept and Yadi told me they changed a facility to file the claim. The neighbor office and this office belong to the same owner. Later I found that the estimated cost was correct from my insurance account. I took my daughter to this office on Oct. 25, 2024. Yadi pointed the treatment plan and asked me whether I would pay the remaining balance. The treatment plant showed that I needed to pay $2391.5. The doctor gave me 20% off. I needed to pay $1985. But the number was wrong. I did not check it. It should be $1913.5. Moreover, the office gave me a wrong treatment plan. I should pay $2100 instead of $2391.5. I thought Yadi wanted to charge me $985. However, she charged me $2985. She tricked me. She said my insurance did not cover my daughter's treatment. I have asked her to call my insurance many times. but she did not. This dental office has overcharged me too. I went to here for my deep cleaning. According to my insurance, I only pay $60 per quadrant. But they charged me $129 per quadrant. I showed my insurance booklet to Yadi. My insurance gave them the pre-authorization. They still overcharged me regardless of the proof. I was kicked out of the office after I told Yadi that she was very rude when she pointed her finger at me. I talked to the patient relation manager Sheila and she forwarded my email to the owner. It was useless. You should pay attention to your bill and check your coverage carefully. The chances of overcharging for me and my daughter were 100%.

I recently visited the Aspen Hill General and Cosmetic Dentistry twice this week. I’ve been going to this dentist my entire life, and every time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Both times I went, I met with Dr. Kaye McLaughlin, who is amazing. I have been seeing her since I was a little girl, and she has always been patient and caring. I also met with Ms. Cristianna and Ms. Tigist, the dental assistants, who were very kind and made my experience even better.

Christiana was very upbeat and sweet. She is definitely a good addition to Aspen Hill. Dr. McLaughlin, always does a great job taking care of my dental needs.

Myra, Austin, and Dr Park removed my two wisdom teeth. They coached me through any pain I experienced and eased my nerves greatly. They helped me out financially so that I can afford to get my procedure done. This is a real review. They treated me with the upmost respect and care. Choose them!
