Even though I had an appointment, I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see a PA and his visit with me lasted less than a minute. The front desk person was a bit terse, although the place was crowded and the back of the house assistance were friendly. I will not be returning

It was very easy to call and fix the information on my Urgent Care visit with customer service. My visit went smoothly and efficiently and I felt I was heard by all of the staff from check in thru my visit with the PA.

The staff was great and very professional. There was a long wait time, but we were duly warned on a busy Saturday afternoon. My only complaint is with the awful bench seating in the waiting room.
