Never answer the phone to make an appointment and was never called with test results.
Impossible to get ahold of them to follow up with. The doctor I loved here is no longer practicing and I did not enjoy my experience with the PA they asked me to see instead. Very long wait time when I visited also.
I wouldn't recommend going to this facility. I've been in pain since my visit a week ago. No aftercare instructions were given after my procedure. I would not advise having even the least invasive procedure done in that office. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I am only giving a 3 stars because the staff were very nice.
I scheduled an appointment for an IUD. They told me to call in if I have my period before my appointment. I scheduled an appointment with them to meet in 2 days and they cancelled that appointment with me 5 minutes before the appointment. They needed to cancel because they didn’t have the device in. They then proceeded to tell me they’d call when they got the device. A week later, they do not call me back and I call to schedule a later appointment. Very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this location. First of all, they’ve messed up my insurance information 2/3 times that I’ve gone. So much so, that they tried sending me to collections for a charge that I didn’t owe. I’ve never met the OB/GYN in charge, so I was serviced by the NP/PA there. Good bedside manners for new patients. However, the birth control I was placed on reacted very negatively with my body-so I had to get off after 4 months. She said if I have any issues, I should come back to see her. 3 months after being off the birth control, I found I had serious lasting side effects. However, i don’t believe she was competent enough to deal with it. When I talked to her about my issue, she acknowledged it was rare (which is exactly what i was trying to tell her), yet she blamed everything but the birth control. She didn’t even try to solve the actual issue, claiming there was nothing she could do. Maybe I would have had a better experience with the actual OB/GYN, but she is always booked for months so I guess I’ll never know.
(December 30, 2020 aprox 2:17pm) Haven't been here since my 2018 apt. I love everyone there. They were all so great. Very professional & a nice homey feel to it. Very different from the last time I was there. My visit was surprisingly quick. I have a new doctor & oh my gosh she was soooo so great. She made me feel comfortable all the way throughmy appointment. Explained everything & answered my questions. Thank you for such a much better experience. Much appreciated.
So far it's been a great experience for me. Front desk is professional, nurses are very friendly and I have the best ObGyn there (Dr.Wexler). She is experienced and has an awesome bedside manner. She makes you feel very comfortable as well as the nurses.
I’ve been calling for weeks to schedule an appointment and everytime I call it rings and goes to voicemail or says they’re on break.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
