I had my first appointment with Dr. Mendez today. I was referred to her by my primary care physician. I was worried and concerned too say the least, fearing that I had a condition or disease that would be a life altering situation for me. From the moment I entered the office I felt welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Mendez was absolutely fantastic. She is so professional and extremely understanding. I also was very happy with both of her skilled nurses as well as the front desk staff. This is a first class operation. Don't hesitate too go, if in need!

Worst experience at this doctors office. They never responded back for the results of a diagnosis they never told us about. They also charged us with procedures that my husband didn't get done. They said that he was infertile but was never treated for this at all. Still working with the appeal process with my insurance company because we shouldn't have to pay a dime since they put in an incorrect billing code, so they could earn more money... Ridiculous!!! Don't go to this place and to Dr. Mendez and TEHMINA Z ALI

The medical staff is great, but the billing department has no idea what they are doing, they want you to pay upfront in cash for a procedure that is covered by insurance and then they will issue you a refund, needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
